When I called the office, I was told there might be an extra charge for the initial visit. The next day, another technician wanted to bill me over $100, just 2 hours after Jesse's departure. It wasn't until Saul showed up that they finally got the system partially running – he was apologetic and professional.

However, on Monday, a third tech came out, seemingly walking Jesse through his initial visit, but couldn't get the system working properly. The next day, Dan, one of the managers, arrived and claimed to have fixed the issue. As he left, he mentioned that someone would come to repair the wall where Jesse removed the humidistat – and I should receive a call within 30 minutes to schedule it. Unfortunately, no call ever came.

Four months later, they're still expecting me to trust that everything is fixed without documentation or follow-up. I've got plenty of photos and ring logs to support my claims, and I won't hesitate to escalate this situation further. This company's lack of professionalism is infuriating – I wish I could go back in time and avoid the whole ordeal. Avoid them at all costs!
