They failed to show up twice, once after 2 pm and again after another week later. The second appointment was also rescheduled for after 2 pm, with an updated time of around 5:30 pm. However, at 7:30 pm, I was told they had called, but no call came, leading to yet another delay until supposedly after 9 pm. I explained that the condo's roof policy wouldn't allow it and needed to leave for work soon. Given my third-shift schedule and responsibility to patients, I found their tardiness unacceptable despite generally positive reviews. Unfortunately, this scheduling debacle has left me searching for alternative services - specifically, they missed an opportunity to fix my AC. My issue wasn't with the technician but the scheduling process; if you're set on a morning appointment, it's better to stick to that.
