My experience with epic comfort was amazing!! They cleaned my air ducts with before and after pictures. They did a professional job leaving my house cleaned. Would recommend them again!!

Our heater stopped blowing hot air last night. I called Chicago airflow first thing this morning and I’m thankful they have an after-hours emergency line! The technician, Carlos, was here within an hour and a half. He troubleshot the system and got our heat back on in no time! He even took the time to show me what happened and how to avoid it in the future!!

The two men were professional and friendly. I was completely satisfied with the job they did cleaning the vents. I would use Epic again and recommend them to anyone

David G and his associate came to my home to perform a routine service. David was friendly and professional. He went above and beyond helping me with an issue in my crawl space I thought was related to my hvac but was not. He helped me anyway. I could not have been more appreciative. Not good, when i asked to show the pictures of before and after, he was hesitating and showing some old photos from his phone. Whe i want to verify the date and time of photos taken, he was mad not to touch the phone. Snd also promised for dryer vent cleaning, they didn’t do was asking for $200 , gave a reason dryer vent to be cleaned from roof,

They were very knowledgeable about the work they did. They came in and did their work quietly and efficiently. It didn't take them anytime at all to clean out our air ducts and furnace. Would highly recommend.

Mike was incredibly approachable and competent. He did a great job of answering our questions and thoroughly explaining what he was doing. The price wasn't outrageous. Given that it is the middle of January, we are grateful that he arrived so swiftly. Would definitely use them again.
