After a frustrating and dishonest experience with a major HVAC company that tried to void my warranty with false claims about mandatory yearly cleanings that can only be performed by them I was so relieved to find SD Tech HVAC. Seriously, use common sense and call them! Alan was fantastic – quick, efficient, and most importantly, transparent and truthful. He saved me 70% compared to the ridiculous quote I got elsewhere. It's refreshing to find an honest company you can count on!

We had to use them through our home Warrenty for AC Repair. He was with us every step to try and get it covered and made so many trips to our house and sometimes did not charge us. In the end we had to get a new AC. Everything was installed well and no corners were cut at all. He put in new lines for everything and it works pristine. The price was easily the best I have heard of too.

Prices to high for my ac repair don't recommend trust me.

I built a DOE Zero Energy certified home. The home combines energy creation (solar panels), energy conservation (passive house principles), and energy efficiency (geothermal heating and cooling).

Earth Power was my preferred choice for our geothermal heating and cooling system. They are unique in that they specialize in urban environments. Rather than using massive rigs to bore holes 300+ feet into the ground, they use equipment scaled to the confines of smaller urban lots. To attain the cooling and heating capacity needed, they bore and connect multiple 60+ foot holes. The result is a very efficient and lower cost system.

The results have proven true in my home. They system is working beyond initial projections. The project installation was on-time and on-budget. The service and technical support has been exceptional.

I would strongly recommend Earth Power. You will find them responsive, thoughtful, supportive and they deliver what they say they will. Plus, they are good people to work with.
