I reached out to schedule a appointment through my home warranty due to the impending summer weather and my A/C wasn't working, considering they were just out 5 weeks prior to address a heating issue, it seemed plausible that their previous work could be causing the current problem. When I mentioned this, I was met with skepticism about why I waited 5 weeks to bring up concerns, despite not being aware of the issue at that time. The technician also informed me that the deductible would still need to be rendered even if we determined it wasn't related to the previous appointment, without me ever expressing concern about the deductible. Additionally, I was misgendered multiple times and given an excuse after correction, only to be put on hold instead of being assisted further. When I finally spoke with someone again, I could hear the previous person using derogatory language and telling the new person not to provide adequate service. This experience has been extremely distressing for me.
