RUN!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS GUY FERNANDO, HE IS A CROOK TRUST ME! HE STOLE MY MONEY AND INSTALLED A BOGUS HVAC SYSTEM THAT DOESNT WORK PROPERLY AND NEVER HAS FROM THE DAY HE INSTALLED. IT TOOK HIM 6 months to finish and he charged me $17,000. He used the wrong sized duct work so my home never gets hotter than 72 degrees. I had to hire another company to fix his mistakes which costed me an extra 6 grand.

Fernando was very professional and helped me out a lot. He replaced a furnace for me and gave me a very fair price!! I would highly recommend him for your heating and cooling needs!

Fernando was very professional and thorough. He repaired our issues in a timely manner. He cleaned up and left everything nice and clean, taking old parts with him. Very reasonable prices and pleasant to work with.

Shout out to Fernando for always coming through and taking care of his clients. As a new homeowner things can get a bit stressful when things break. Then to add, as a woman, it's difficult to find someone who I can trust to not take advantage of things. He's been nothing but professional and has always been straightforward about what's going on. He's said he's in it for the long-standing fix not just patching the issue, and it shows. He's more about troubleshooting and fixing than replacing units. My experience with him has been that he's fairly priced and stands by his work. Fernando is a scammer!!!!!

I hired him to replace my furnace & my AC condenser in 2023 in a mobile home for $5000. He improperly installed an actual house furnace in replace for my original model home furnace. The furnace Fernando installed barely worked from the day he installed it plus it wasn’t up to code. The AC condenser was improperly installed as well and wasn’t supping air conditioning. I was currently in the process of selling the model home and had the furnace Fernando put in inspected and was told the furnace was forced into the area upside down .

He modified ventilation and broke out walls for the airflow to flow downward then upward by using a house furnace and put my family and I at severe risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.

He came into my home and didn’t supply me with a mobile home furnace as requested and told me that the furnace he was installing was more efficient and would serve better comfort.

That was a lie & the furnace wasn’t functioning properly the day he left with my money and he removed the ad he used on Facebook and stop responding. I was very disappointed . His business is fake and has a location of a residential building.

I had to recently replaced the furnace he installed for an additional $3000 plus the HVAC inspection for $99 and get the AC condenser recharged from the Freon line not being welded correctly for additional $500 with is a total of $7599.

Fernando is very unprofessional and more then likely doesn’t have a actual license in this line of work ,because he doesn’t work for a credible business? Everything is fabricated..

In conclusion.
I was in a position I needed heat in my home and he took advantage of that after two days of installation -I questioned him about the installation and he unprofessionally told me that he could take it out and due to my circumstances, I trusted that he was doing a good deed rather than a bad one..

We had a positive experience with Chicagoland Appliance Repair and HVAC. Tech knew his stuff well. He was honest and courteous and did a great job repairing our furnace. He also schedule us for visit to come back and do maintenance on our AC by the end of April. Highly recommend them for heating and cooling in Lake View Chicago.
