Obviously this company prides itself on providing top rate customer service. My AC quit working and Joseph was able to quickly fix the issue without any charges other than the standard service fee. No doubt I will be calling Corbin Heating & Air LLC again in the fall for a check up on the furnace.

We had a big job done at our home. A new AC and heating unit installed. It was a big job and Corbin Heating & Air was excellent. A shout out to my two techs. Both of them worked very hard, did a good job and explained everything along the way. They didn't leave until everything was completed. We are very pleased. We have used Corbin Heating & Air LLC for a full HVAC installation when we renovated our previous home and for service at our new address. All of their technicians go above and beyond in every facet of customer service. The office staff is pleasant and efficient in communicating. I highly recommend Corbin Heating & Air LLC!

The technician, Brady, that was sent out to assess the problem was wonderful. He was straight forward with me and honest about the situation and cost. He quoted me the rate for a new furnace and got somebody out to install it just 2 hours later. Roberto showed up and installed the unit. Unfortunately, when given the quote, it wasn’t for the entire, according to Roberto, because the filter is not able to be replaced unless there is a separate box installed underneath the furnace. So that was an additional $400 straight to Roberto to be able to complete the job properly. This seemed quite pricey for what looks to be a metal box. I don’t know why it wasn’t included in the price or why I had to pay him directly but it needed to get done. But the worst of all, there were metal shards all over, and they did a good job of cleaning up the house. However, they had been throwing parts and pieces into the backyard as they worked. When I left I very specifically told Roberto that I have dogs and asked if they would be making sure that all of the metal was picked up from the backyard. He assured me it would be. After they had left I opened the back door and didn’t even need to step foot outside to see metal shards on the steps. Once I stepped down onto the grass there were HUGE pieces left behind. One of which could easily be used to stab somebody if one wanted to. Horrible job cleaning up. Like, atrocious.

My interaction with Chicago Heating & Air Conditioning was excellent. They responded promptly, sending a qualified technician the same day. He quickly identified and resolved the problem. I value their efficiency and openness. Chicago Heating & Air Conditioning offers dependable and reasonably priced HVAC services. Without a doubt, I will suggest them to others.
