Charged me $500.00 then blocked my number and never responded to me again- had to hire someone else to have the job done - do not hire this company you will be scammed.

Called for a estimate to charge air conditioner. Guy told me they charge $150 just to come out and give you a estimate. Huh? What a bunch of crooks.

Had to call on a holiday. The technician tried to trouble shoot over the phone in order to avoid a costly service call. I appreciate the effort; unfortunately, he still had to come to the house, but at least he tried to save me some money!

I had my a/c checked by this gentleman named Jordan . He was very attentive to my needs and with coming in and out the house to check . I would recommend this company not because he was just polite but he was very knowledgeable u can tell he was very refined about a/c and making sure I was 100 percent happy!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They are scammers, will come charge you and change a piece that doesn’t fix the problem. Then end up blocking you, when you disagree that you shouldn’t be double charged for their mistake. Also they ended up blocking me. I already could not afford this and now I’m stuck having to hire someone else. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

Joseph and Joshua did the installation and were very professional and courteous. They came a few days later to fine tune everything and made sure the equipment was running the way it was meant to run. Very nice technicians. Highly recommended.

To my surprise, these guys responded to my call and sent a technician. He came to my home early the following morning and said we needed a new coil or compressor that he found a burned out switch. He managed to replace them and had us up and running in no time. I will call them again the next time I have any trouble.

They did a 5 star job. I'd like to shout Corey out as well. He helped match me up with a plan that matched my budget. I never do these reviews but this company was great. The house is the coldest it has ever been. Thank you.

This service came out to my house. Charged me 500 for a part. A WRONG PART (second opinion came after to tell me this)

I called once a day for three month until the manager Chris threaten me. “If you keep calling i will be your worst nightmare”

The guys who did the repair work were friendly and professional, and came up with the optimal solution to the heating challenge presented by our furnace. I have been duped before and it’s nice to have good honest hard working folks out there that I can trust!

Highly recommend this company for Heating and Cooling. It was a seamless experience from the beginning to the end. Josh our tech answered all our questions in a professional manner. I loved the options, they were priced fairly. The work started immediately and was completed in 2 hours. This is an awesome company to do business with.

Avoid this company . Terrible communication and worse service. Their technician couldn't even figure out how to remove the covers from this furnace. After watching him fumble around for half an hour I paid him $125.00 to leave. I should have realized what kind of company they were by them trying to sell me a service plan 30 seconds into my call. Completely incompetent.

Joseph and his colleague arrived ahead of schedule, conducted themselves in a professional manner and did a very thorough inspection, and service maintenance of the furnace and air conditioner. The work space was left sparkling clean. I recommend!!

Had a tremendous experience! Josh showed up on time, listened to my issues, checked the system, and then clarified what he found. He gave me an estimate, which I agreed too, then picked up the part that evening. I would definitely recommend Corbin Heating & Air LLC!!

I knew I hired the right guys when they would clean and vacuumed at the end of everyday. I interviewed 15 companies. Only Corbin Heating & Air LLC had the best deals they knew all the rebates I could get and they did all the paperwork. Highly recommended.

Our AC stopped working around noon and Corbin Heating & Air LLC was here by 5:30... in the middle of a heat wave! I called many places in the area and they were the only company who could come out day of. They had the problem fixed in 30 minutes and their prices were very realistic.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! Poor customer service and they become unresponsive once they get you to sign up as a member and pay the $149 membership fee. Bernard sold the membership and assured that a technician would see us the following morning at 10am. Mind you enrolling as a member gives you “perks” with one being “priority service” moving you to the top of the line. It was 10:45am and we had not heard from anyone at Corbin Heating and Cooling. We had to call them and then were informed that a technician would be out between 4pm and 8pm. No communication, no reason why. The technician arrived at 8:07pm. Fine, he checked out the unit and could not determine what the issue was and would need to return the next morning at 11am. We were fine with that. Guess what!?! The technician called the next morning stating he could not make it due to the rain. It hardly drizzled today in the Franklin Park area. I asked if we had any other options. He said he would look into it and called me back about 2 hours later stating he would be back later this evening. I’m sure you can tell by reading this that the technician never showed up and never called us to say he was not coming. Again, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and no remorse from their CSR reps on what occurred. Only excuse provided was “we are busy.” Requested a refund on the membership and now wholeheartedly believe they purchased their reviews online. This was the worst experience ever!!!!

I genuinely appreciated his knowledge of his craft, as well as the customer-facing transparency he brought to our home. Based on our first maintenance visit, we’re absolutely moving forward with Corbin Heating as our preferred HVAC provider.

I just had AC unit replaced by Corbin Heating & Air LLC technician.He came out and did an excellent job. He was very professional and knowledgeable.He was done at the expected time and went beyond to clean up after himself.His charges were very fair. I would definitely recommend them.

We have used Corbin Heating & Air LLC multiple times over the years for A/C installation, running a natural gas line for the BBQ, and annual maintenance. We have been very happy with their service and plan on using them again in the future as needed.
