I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were completely unprofessional and dishonest. The two technicians who visited only cleaned four returns, took pictures, and left without completing the job. When asked if they could work upstairs or on flexible lines, they claimed it was impossible.

What really got my back up was when I showed them evidence of their own incompetence – insulation in ducts, broken flex ducts, and a disconnected vent – they still continued to lie about what they had done. I'm not surprised anymore; their lack of integrity is staggering.

I no longer trust this company to do any work on my home. If you're considering using them, be aware that they may try to lowball the job or leave with unfinished work. Take a close look at their work and verify it's been done properly. Trust me, it's not worth the risk. The fact that I'm still finding insulation coming out of my vents two years after "the cleaning" is proof that they didn't do the job right.

In fact, I'd rather take matters into my own hands. Next spring, I'll just use a long rod with a brush attachment and my shop vac to clean my vents myself – for zero cost and a little of my time – and see how much better it can be than this company's subpar work.

A team of three or four technicians showed up, all being extremely polite and taking extra care to ensure my dryer vents were secure and thoroughly cleaned. It wasn't an easy job due to the 40-foot ladder required to reach one of the exterior vents between buildings. Their pricing was reasonable and I'd highly recommend them - I plan to use them every year from now on.
