Derek came out to identify a leak in our ceiling and fix it for us. He was friendly and even offered us a credit if his work didn't solve our problem and he had to come back.

Unfortunately, his work did not fix the leak and he has since stopped responding to our texts and calls.

He calmly walked me through exactly what to do and made sure I stayed calm the entire time. I had a flight early that morning, and he helped me confirm there were no leaks before I left, all over the phone.
