Marcos and his team did an excellent job replacing our water heater. They were very responsive when the burner went out during the first heating cycle--returning to troubleshoot the problem after work hours and following up with a phone call later that evening to make sure it was working properly. We've had no problems since. We were very impressed with their attentiveness and customer service.

Very pleased with the service and professionalism. I was able to schedule an appointment within two days of calling, and Benny arrived promptly, explained everything and did a great job on a much-needed repair to my hot water heater. My neighbor recommended Lopez Plumbing and now I will too!

Brandon was polite, responsive and capable and very much on time. Unfortunately our historic and older bath fixtures are more difficult to repair and will require a return visit.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about Lopez Plumbing. They’ve done so many projects for us — installed our whole-house water filtration system, a reverse osmosis system at our sink, smart shut-off valves, and plenty of other plumbing work over time. Every single experience has been top quality.

Their work is always clean, professional, and done with real attention to detail. They take the time to explain everything, give honest advice, and make sure we understand our options. You can tell they genuinely care about educating their customers, not just getting the job done and leaving.

What really stands out is how reliable they are. When we had a pipe burst, they showed up immediately. Knowing we can count on them in an emergency gives us so much peace of mind.

I have two in-house plumbers. They were tied up on a project in another state. I called Lopez Plumbing in lieu of an emergency plumbing call. I received from one of my best clients. They showed up on time and resolve my issue within 15 minutes Lopez Plumbing Was very reasonably priced. Very professional I would recommend them to anyone and I am a competitor of theirs.

Lopez plumbing answered my after- hours call immediately, asked for photos, then provided an estimate within minutes - to remove the old one & install a new 50gal gas water heater. Ben arrived exactly when he was scheduled, worked all day & just left us - less than 24 hrs after our hot water heater went up, with a new heater & hot water. He was very nice, knowledgeable & answered all of my questions. We couldn’t be happier!

I needed a gas valve replacement and was able to get service the same day, within 2 hrs of calling. Fausto arrived on schedule and was quick and efficient. I also appreciate the text updates for scheduled arrival. Overall the service was excellent and they'll be at the top of my list for any other plumbing needs.

Fernando did a fantastic job today repairing a gas leak in our hot water heater and furnace. Multiple other companies including our gas company didn’t not find the leak in these and concluded our leak was in the wall. These guys found the leak and our gas company came out and did not find the leak anymore. Fernando worked quickly and explained all the details about the leaks to us and our gas company noted how well done the plumbing was done. Couldn’t recommend this company more

My water spigot was not functioning properly and I couldnt water my lawn or plants. Dominic was prompt, professional and thorough. He explained in detail what needed to be done and completed the work in a timely and efficient. Thanks again for excellent service. Til next time.

Our main drain pipe to the street wastewater connection in a rental property my partner owns flooded because the waste water line to the street was apparently clogged, and it had rained the proverbial cats and dogs over night.

On the recommendation of the general contractor with whom we've been working, we contacted Lopez Plumbing Systems, Inc. and they sent a young man to work on the issue today.

The company sent a young plumber, Brandon, who arrived the on time, assessed the problem, explained what he was going to do, and why, and then got immediately to work.

Not only did Brandon immediately snake the clog to allow water again to flow, but extended the snake to pass into the main sewer line in the street, and then used a larger cutting tip on the snake to ensure that the fix would last.

Brandon also wisely suggested that we monitor the situation, waited while my partner flushed every toilet in the property, and gave us excellent advice on keeping an old structure's plumbing system trouble free. When finished and satisfied that the problem was resolved, Brandon carefully cleaned up.

We would never think to call anyone else should (really when) another plumbing] problem may occur. Prompt, pleasant and effective service! Who could ask for more?

This company is amazing! Spot on timing, excellent workmanship and follow through. They helped me through a very trying incident at my business and made themselves completely available to me at all times. Literally at 6am or 10pm they were there answering my texts and calls. This was my first time using “Lopez Plumbing” for an emergency plumbing issue and my experience was excellent. They were prompt, professional and efficient. The plumbing problem was due to wipes being flush down the toilet. The problem was diagnosed quickly and repaired. I will definitely use this company again if needed.
