I am a property manager, and I had a backup at a property which caused the hot water tanks to go out leaving my tenants without hot water. I called up Zuniga's plumbing and spoke with Walter they were out within an hour. They had the best price out of 3 estimates. Walter was very knowledgeable professional and understanding. He's the best and has earned a customer for life! Thanks Zunigas & Walter ;)

I called Zuniga's Plumbing due to an outdoor leak. I sent over the photo of the faucet (okay, spicket) and Mr. Manny came out on Friday evening to examine the source of the leak. He let me know what the problem was, and what was needed to fix it. They returned the next morning and replaced the spicket which stopped the leak. The best thing about their service was the communication; the time of arrival, if the problem could be fixed, and their follow-up. They were on-time. The pricing was very good and I would definitely use Zuniga's Plumbing again.

Zuniga’s Plumbing is the Best! Walter, and his team went above and beyond to assist my mother with a critical leak in her gas line. People’s Gas performed a safety inspection which identified a leak in the system. And shut the gas off. My mom is a senior, and without heat her home was in habitable. We called Zuniga Plumbing Saturday, by Sunday Afternoon the problem was completely resolved and the heat was turned on. Thanks Walter! Craftsmanship, Honesty, Skill and Trustworthy!

1st let me say how detailed Walter was with informing me on what was wrong. He walked me through everything with such detail. He gave me his plan and the best most cost effective way to execute it. Him & his crew came the next day, on time ready to work and cleaned all areas they worked in. Throughout the repair he kept me informed on what was being done. He took before and after pictures and was extremely professional. I highly recommend and would definitely call him again if needed. Thanks so much!

Walter and his staff did a top notch, speedy and professional job on repairing, replacing, unclogging the old galvanized pipe of my kitchen and his staff (Sorry, I forgot his name but great quiet guy) even fixed the hot water issue. Most houses in Beverly like mine are over one hundred years old. The previous plumber sent by the home warranty was unable to fix it while Walter and his staff was done within an hour and half. I had hired other plumbers including Roto Rooter (that was a nightmare) and no one compared to the professional job done by Walter and his staff. Walter is a great professional! He came in and fixed water pressure booster system that was installed by another plumber. He was responsive and gave me options, walking me through the plumbing repair process. He also checked my drainage system and did a complete clean out. I highly recommend using Zuniga's Plumbing services.

With a purchase of a new home comes a bunch of inherited problems. Walter and his crew did an amazing job by addressing a slew of problems that have been stressing me out lately. One slow leak from corroded galvanized steel pipes in my basement utility sink quickly escalated to two moderate leaks leaving my washer unusable. They replaced them with copper lines and 4 new valves giving me the chance to finally purchase a new washer since I could now trust the water connections. The team also replaced 3 leaky toilet valves, 2 kitchen sink baskets, installed a new Moen kitchen faucet and redid the PVC piping under said sink along with new valves and copper piping here, too. I will definitely be calling them in the near future as the were efficient, reasonably priced, professional and kind. Thanks again, Zuniga’s plumbing!

We called him way before office hours due to a back up of grey water in the building. He explained what needed to be done and came out with a couple of assistants. Thanks Walter for rearranging your day. They got the jobs done and were very professional and knowledgeable. They also gave us some good advice. He had two helpers with him who both did great work. I found Zuniga’s Plumbing through yelp when I needed someone to install my oven range. They were amazing! Most recently I had a gas leak coming from my water heater and they came out the same day, did necessary tests, and installed new pipes accordingly! Walter and his guys always provide great service at a good price! They make sure I feel safe and secure in my home. I would recommend them to anyone in the Chicagoland area!

Never hire this company if you actually want the job done correctly. Please use Dr. Rooters, they are professional and know how to treat customers. Zuniga has horrible customer service and zero consideration for the neighbors. If you want them to trap you in a parking spot over night at your restaurant, then this is the organization for you. After I closed my restaurant they told me they can’t back their truck up so I am trapped until 5am. Please don’t go into business if you can’t understand the basics of customer service.

I will be informing the entire community not to ever use your services. I will also be speaking tomorrow to the GM that hired you for their services and explain to him how you trapped my car in the ally, how unprofessional you are, and how you shouldn’t be allowed in the ally if you can’t drive the truck.

My pipes were very old and rusty. There were several leaks for some time that other plumbers were unable to find. Mr. Zuniga and his fellow plumbers did an excellent job of replacing the old pipes. They found the leaks and worked diligently to get the problem resolved. They were very professional and kind. They made all repairs and cleaned up all the old pipes and dust. I was extremely impressed that although they only needed to repair a small section of my bathroom floor they had no problem installing all new floor tiles that I had purchased. What really impressed me was when one of the plumbers noticed a piece of molding detached from a wall so he repaired it. Although this had nothing to do with the plumbing job he just saw something that needed to be repaired so he repaired it. It was a very kind thing to do. They're the best plumbers I've ever encountered. They''ll be my plumbers forever.

Manny was not only thorough but an amazing personality telling jokes while installing my bathroom vanity/faucet and kitchen sink. His work is tidy and an amazing value and my landlord swears by his work saying he is the best of the best. He did not rush and even if he had to go get parts after discovering more was needed he was committed to finishing the job still within a reasonable time.

We had to install a new refrigerator that needed a waterline. I was so confused about what to do…until Walter and his team came by and walked us through the process. He was nice, patient, and informative as my Elder parents asked more questions then needed. I added this to my review as it important to me that the people doing work on my house are friendly and considerate just like him and his team. After giving me an estimate on Saturday, they were there on Monday morning. Walter and his team installed a new waterline, repaired our drain line to make it up to code, and installed a new basket strainer in our sink. They also helped us figure out how to get the refrigerator doors on. They finished the work in a timely matter and were amazing. I’m happy because my Dad now has an ice machine :).
