I live in a walk up condo building with old pipes. Marco from Apex plumbing has been a great resource. Easy to schedule and quality work. I'm very happy with my new facets and will continue to use Marco at Apex plumbing for future needs.

Aiden and Chuck just did a water valve replacement & pipe repair on our condo assoc main water valve. They came within 45 minutes of us calling them to quote us, and were able to accommodate next day service to repair & replace our water valve that wasn't turning off. What we paid was exactly what they quoted us, we felt they were honest with the work needed to be done and did not charge for anything we didn't really needed done - unlike some other companies who quoted us. Thank you for your prompt service and communication skills! Will definitely be contacting Apex Plumbing again next time we have any plumbing work or issues.

Chas came out to unclog our sewer and did an awesome job! Super friendly, quick, and professional -- great customer service all around. Highly recommend!

Apex is very professional and does quality work at a fair price. Our smaller building uses Apex, and I recently used them for my elderly mother's condo in a high-rise building with a lot of work rules, which is not easy to do with other plumbers. They worked with the management office to obtain approval and schedule the work. Brandon did a great job and sent me photos of the completed work afterwards. Thank you!

I had a garbage disposal go out and called Apex for a new one. Chaz showed up quickly and was honest and fair with pricing. I will definitely be calling them for future help!

This place has really dropped off. Over the past 4-5 years they have helped me in a number of situations but the price has started to get out of control. For context of this story they charged 900 for an emergency rodding and toliet removal/reinstall ~two years ago and 500 for a regular sink line rodding that they fumbled and took longer than needed. In each case they were here for multiple hours with two plumbers.

I asked for a quote on installing a powered anode rod in my water heater. It’s a 200 dollar product and I needed the bend taken out of this pipe (minor copper work). They quoted me 987. 700 dollars to cut a pipe and put on a new fitting. I had to educate the plumber on why I needed it, that the product existed, and where to order it from. I texted him the exact model.

When I refused the quote he said it was 197 for the “service call”. Nothing was serviced or touched, he added no expertise and relied on me for the product info. I contacted the office and the response was that 700 to cut and refit one 7 inch piece of copper pipe was justified and that they had to “source” the product and pay their overhead. They sell the rod it at Home Depot.

I refuse to pay for a quote on work, that is beyond absurd. The whole point of a quote is to get price without commitment. I repeat, not a single thing was touched, serviced, or properly inspected. They spent 30 mins in the truck writing up a quote and justify the service call with an hour of “research” that I did for them. The result is they backed out of working with me when I questioned why it was 700 dollars and refused to pay for a quote.

    IN RESPONSE TO REPLY:
Shutoff water = turn a valve, shop a part I specified = press order, so we are agreed I was quotes 700 to make one copper cut and sweat on a fitting. Is this a legit response?

We had an amazing experience with Brandon and Aidoun (sp).Brandon diagnosed our problem within minutes of arriving.
Our ejector pump went bad so nothing on our basement level (bathroom, shower, utility sinks, washer/dryer outlet) was going out to the sewer. You can only image the smell and look on my face when I tried to use a plunger thinking I had a clogged toilet.

These guys calmed my anxiety and replaced the old pump probably within an hour. It was quick and they walked me through the entire process.

The emergency repair was expensive but well worth the cost. Today we woke up to a fresh smelling “Mancave” as if nothing had ever happened. I highly recommend this place for any of your plumbing needs.

The staff is very friendly a responsive in the app. My first time using Google for this and really like the integration.

I have had many experiences with plumbers throughout the years but Apex Plumbing cop by far, is the most consistent, reliable, reasonably priced, hard-working, and just simply the best. Brandon has always been forthcoming with me. He sends pictures of the problems and fixes them. He even cleans up and takes care of the place like it’s his own. Although I hate to call plumbers, I’m glad to be able to rely on Apex Plumbing because they get the job done the way it should be. Brandon, you are a superstar. Thanks so much for helping us out yesterday as you always do!

I had a backup in my kitchen sink that I was not able to resolve on my own. Apex was recommended to me so I gave them a call. Chas was prompt and professional and unclogged my kitchen sink. I felt like the price was reasonable and will call them again for any plumbing needs.

Would not recommend Apex. Had 3 negative experiences with them.
    1. I called them to fix a drip leak where two water pipes connect. They quoted $1,200 for what was, realistically, no more than 1.5 hours of work and less than $20 in parts. I thought it was overpriced, but since there was an active leak, I went ahead. On their website, they have a $25 off any repair coupon. When it came time to pay, I presented it—and they refused to honor it because I hadn’t mentioned it before the work started. That’s ridiculous. That’s like having to show a store coupon when you walk in the door instead of at checkout. Coupons are always presented at the time of payment. I feel that refusing to honor a $25 coupon on a $1,200 repair is just bad customer service and a bad look.
    2. For my HOA (I am on the HOA board), we had an owner experiencing a plumbing issue, so we asked Apex to come out and provide a quote. Their website clearly says “on-site estimates are free.” Despite that, they still charged the owner a $150 service fee even though no work was performed—just a quote. I feel that is false advertising.
    3. Lastly, we had them perform some rodding for $500 to clear a laundry drain clog. They spent 15 minutes on it and didn’t fully resolve the problem (the flow improved slightly, but water still backed up). They then said the only solution was to re-pipe everything for at least $4,000. We called another plumber, who charged $470, spent 1.5 hours rodding thoroughly, and now the drain works perfectly. I understand rodding can be a temporary fix, but given we’d already paid Apex $500, I expected more than 15 minutes of effort before being told to spend thousands more.

Alec J. helped me replace my two basement pumps (sump and ejector). Noticed the ejector pump was not running, called Apex, Alec was at my home within an hour with spare units on hand. He was extremely professional, quick, and respectful of my home. Highly recommend Apex, this is the third time i've relied on them for plumbing work, all three times very transparent and professional.

I called Apex Plumbing this morning at the recommendation of my realtor, who trusts them. They were able to get in on the same day and fix my plumbing concerns quickly. I had the pleasure of working with Alec Jeffries, who was incredibly professional and helpful! Can't recommend Alec and Apex Plumbing enough!!

Couldn’t be more satisfied with their services and prices.

After hours sump pump fix - on it the same night

Water heater replacement - on it and fixed within 24 hours

New exterior water spigot - professionally installed and even took an extra step to add an additional shut off valve to prevent freezing.

Apex is my go to plumbers and the only one in the area I trust to work on my home. Thanks Chaz!!!

Chaz and the team have done residential, and commercial jobs for me over the last decade. Can’t say enough great things! They showed up within the hour for my huge contamination job. It was so bad! But they got us squared away within hours. We went from chaos to calm within a day. They did so great I’ve utilized them for my house, my neighbors, and anyone I see in need I tell them to call Apex! If you want the best service, and a job that will last the lifetime, call Apex!

Alec was our absolute savior during a hellish experience of frozen/burst pipes. His calm demeanor really helped put me at ease during an otherwise stressful event, and he helped with multiple repeat visits as the situation evolved. Would absolutely recommend him for any plumbing concerns, thank you Alec!!

Our HOA hired Apex to excavate and replace an old clay sewer pipe, part of our complex's common sewer system. Chas was fantastic - not only was he a good listener when we described our concerns, he also answered all our questions and explained his findings (including an additional breakage we didn't know about) so we were kept well informed. He and his assistant did a beautiful job with the repairs - highly recommended!
