Kevin arrived promptly, despite it being evening on a weekday, and gave me peace of mind. He was very thorough in checking what was the root cause of the issue, and was able to figure out what the problem was and make sure it wouldn't be a reaccuring issue. Very satisfied with his service and he was a great and friendly man, highly recommended him!

We had an emergency plumbing situation. There was a clog and it was backing up from our toilets and utility closet as well as into our neighbors basement. We needed someone out ASAP. I had a really lovely conversation with the scheduler on the phone and she had someone to us in less then 2 hours. He evaluated everything and started working. After about an hour he said there was nothing he could do. He needed longer equipment which he didn't have. He would have someone else dispatched with a longer snake/rod and they would be out within the hour. He has pulled our toliet to do the rotting and we were told to use no water/restrooms in the mean time. Okay fine. If someone else will be here within the hour we will make do. After 2 hours no-one arrived or called. I called back and was assured they were finishing a job and would be there within the hour. Another hour passes nothing..I call again and am told im being transferred to dispatch. After holding far longer then I could with no answer I hung up. I received a call 30-45 mins later (4.5hrs after the original plumber left). I was asked if the building had a parking lot. I stated it didn't, unfortunately where I'm located in Chicago there is pretty much only on street or permit parking. I told him there was only on street available and he responded by saying they wouldn't be able to come this evening and needed to reschedule for tomorrow. I stated it was an emergency and we had been waiting for hours. He said nothing they can do. I agreed to let them come the next day. And asked them if our toilet had been reinstalled or if it was still disconnected. He didn't know so he would ask the original plumber and call me back. He didn't. We ended up getting another company to come out, actually within the hour who happily parked around the block and got the job done in 15-20 mins. I called back to cancel my appointment for the following day. I was once again transfered to dispatch who didnt ask my name or number and when I said I needed to cancel he said okay youre canceled. I then received a phone call this morning to let me know they were running behind schedule. Mind you this was about 15 minutes before the window of arrival time they gave me ended, but either way I let them know I had called and canceled and it wasnt necessary for someone to come. I don't understand why the plumber would not have correct tools when there was no question what type of service we were needing and as far as helpful in an emergency they're not.

Nick, who did the power jetting to my sewer line when above and beyond his job. Kept me informed of all the procedures also Kyle, the camera man was a great help. He was my go to guy for the three days That I was in contact with him to get my issue resolved. Those two gentlemen are a great asset to your company.

Joe the Plumber did an amazing job! I was dealing with a clogged bathroom sink and a pipe leak that I couldn’t fix myself. Joe came out, diagnosed the problem quickly, and used professional equipment that I definitely didn’t have access to. He cleared the drain, fixed the leak, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about the whole process. I really appreciate the fast and quality service. I highly recommend Joe to anyone who needs plumbing work done! Thank you again!

This is my third time using Roto-Rooter, and I must say each and every experience has been exceptional. Yesterday’s visit from Khaden and CJ (Cliff) was no different , in fact, they went above and beyond.

Great work done.. Had leaking drain pipes in my kitchen sink and their plumber, Spiro, came by the same day, sourced a quote, picked up the additional equipment needed to fix the pipes, and completed the work in the span of about 3 hours (at most).

Spiro was great, personable, up front and communicative about costs and the options for repair in order help me, as the consumer, make the best choice for the service. The job originally was expected to be a quick fix (originally est. 30 minutes or so), but after work started, it was uncovered that more work needed to be done. Spiro had no complaints, didn't try to charge more because it took more time, and committed to making sure that the job was done correctly and efficiently. Very fair. Highly recommend Spiro.

Quick notes on the company: communication on the phone was quick, easy and to the point, follow ups were made to coordinate on all details of the appointment, fee for the quote was waived because the work was confirmed and there is a 90 day guarantee on this job that was done.

Easy to schedule as they answered my call at 8pm and was able to get someone out the same night. Work was preformed under 1 hour to drain kitchen sink from dirt/grease/hair/gunk. It had started to have backflow causing water/food pop back up sinks other side(different pipe).
Thanks to Kevin Escamilla, we can dump a bucket down with pressure of garbage disposal and goes down faster, better and no backflow on other side. I highly recommend.

Jon did an excellent job installing my water heater. He worked very neatly, was polite and respectful, and made sure everything was done the right way. I really appreciate his professionalism and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs quality work done at home.

I was having some issues with water backing up into my crawl space. Tyler, Armani, and Clif were all great! They were professional and took their time and were able to identify and fix the issue. I appreciated how dedicated thorough they were!

I had a great experience with Roto Rooter. Barbara in scheduling was very efficient and friendly. I got a same day appointment a few hours later. Tyriek was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained the work that needed to be done and completed it in a timely manner. He even gave suggestions as to how to avoid this problem in the future. I was very satisfied and will use Roto Rooter again in the future.

Bruno did a AMAZING JOB. Very knowledgeable gave honest and preventative feedback back. He did not leave until he was able to give us answer on the root of the problem. Israel and Mike were out at the specified time and did a fantastic job clearing my septic line. They went above and beyond to make sure I would not need to have my sewer pipe cleaned again anytime soon. Jayson came by after and checked my whole sewer line with this camera. They found a little more Roots so Israel went in and took those out as well. The whole process took over 2 hours. I was happy with the service and price. I recommend using coupons if you can. These guys are fast and good and worth a little bit extra.They went above and beyond to make sure I would not need to have my sewer pipe cleaned again anytime soon.

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. Orion and Luis were amazing. They were efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Before they got started, they took a look at everything and explained how the process would go. They also told me that if they were not able to fix the problem, they would not charge me. The work is guaranteed for six months, which gave me even more peace of mind. They were polite and courteous the entire time. I called in the morning and they were at my house within an hour. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them.

Great! Khaden came out in about 2 hours. He displayed exceptional customer service. Khaden listened, examined, recommended service, and completed service.

Khaden appeared to have a high level of expertise. He recommended action for reducing/preventing clogged pipes. Initial issue was slow draining water, leading to leaking.

The service was AMAZING!! They were fast prompt and professional. I wasn’t expecting such an excellent service, but I got more than I bargained for. They were so informative and even gave me tips on how to move forward with better care for my plumbing system. I will definitely be using this service again. I am very pleased with my results. I was super excited to have a new dishwasher installed today, only to find they refused to complete the install because the water shut off valve to the dishwasher wasn’t working properly. They told me to notify them when it was fixed so they could reschedule.

I saw Apex’s positive reviews and decided to give them a call for this relatively small job. The first person to answer was very kind, and told me the team would be in touch soon. Not even 20 minutes later I was on the phone with their dispatch team being told someone would be on site same day, in the next 5 or so hours. I got a call from Jon less than an hour later. Everyone I spoke to was positive and professional.

Service was excellent, prompt, and the team was willing to double check all the valves in my condo just to be sure the dishwasher was the only one needing to be replaced as a part of their complimentary estimate. While it may have cost less to get the part and give the replacement a go on our own, but having the job done right, done well, and done quickly was totally worth it. I’d use these guys again in a heartbeat!

Redoing our rooftop deck and wanted to have an outdoor spigot for watering plants. Apex Plumbing was very timely with coming on-site for an estimate in the winter and made it easy to schedule an appointment once spring arrived. Brandon and his assistant did an amazing job of running the new pipes while keeping everything tidy. Highly recommend!
