I loved this place because it carries parts that are hard to find

Almost impossible to find parking thanks to Chicago. Didn't have my part, either. Last time they told me they did on the phone, then after I wasted my time and gas going there they didn't.

They had the parts that I needed. They have the knowledge to advise on your repair project.

They usually have what I need when I go there. Prices aren't bad.

It's a very good heating and plumbing store your big box stores may be a little cheaper in price but if you need expert advice this is the place to go unlike big the big box stores where you have a hard time finding a sales person

Customer service bar none.. Rigo, Gracie and the crew are the most helpful and knowledgeable people you can find in the industry. I will travel a thousand miles just to shop with them.
