Had a great experience with Rocket Plumbing in a very stressful situation. They came out within the hour and explained what had happened, showed me the proof, and walked through options on how to resolve it.

Trevor (the plumber) was so informative, patient with all my questions, and even spent the time to talk to me about his own experience with water damage and who he used for non-plumbing remediation and restoration. Will definitely be calling Trevor back for future plumbing concerns.

In the bathroom, the drain for the sink was totally stopped and after riding it runs better but not perfect. I’m not sure what else needs to be done but Tim did a nice job cleaned up and very nice.

Excellent service! Called Rocket many times for different issues. This was the tankless hot water heater. Trevor was awesome! Knew exactly what the issue was, ordered the part and came back the next day to finish! Pricing is very competitive. Rocket Plumbing is great and Trevor was the best!

We had multiple items that needed addressing at our house and Rocket responded quickly and professionally. Geoff walked us through the scope of the project, quoted a very fair price, and had everything resolved in a couple hours time. Even though we needed some drywall cut, he was able to leave minimal mess and we were all set for a party we threw a few days later. We’ve used a handful of different plumbers around the city and I’d call Rocket again next time.

Jose did an awesome job installing my new toilet. Everything was quick and easy , I’ll def be calling again for any future repairs!

I had a good experience with Rocket Plumbing who came by to replace a couple shut off valves in my condo. They arrived on time, kept me informed, shared multiple options for the fix, brought or went back for everything they needed for the job (I didn't have to supply any parts/tools) and it looks like everything is working as it should now. The appointment was easy to make too; They answer the phone and are easy to get in touch with. I'd hire them again and recommend them.

Geoff took care of us today! Ge was able to unclog our kitchen sink & while he was here we also had him replace an outdoor spicket. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He showed up within a couple hours of calling and did the work needed within an hour of arriving. Will definitely work with Rocket again!

Rocket plumbing is fabulous. They just helped get my leaking toilet fixed. Geoff is extremely knowledgeable and he suggested the best method for repair and did a thorough and efficient job! I highly recommend Rocket Plumbing!! They also came out same day I called and responsive from first call to arrival.

I had a great experience with Rocket Plumbing. Very easy to schedule on the website. My plumbing issue was not an emergency but I was able to get an appointment in two days. Eric the technician was on time, diagnosed the issue quickly and made the fix quickly. He was friendly and professional and did great work.

Had an issue with a toilet leaking from the bottom; tried to replace the gasket on my own, and it was okay for a few days but then leaking started again. Decided to call to let the pros handle it. Eric was very easy to work with. He communicated effectively what was going on. Ultimately it turns out the issue was that the toilet drain was backing up , so he had to call in for a bigger rod equipment. They were able to cut out roots to restore draining again. Will follow recommendation of having the line hydro jet(?) to cut out the roots in the drain line.

Geoff was amazing, he walked through all my options, wasnt pushy at all and had everything handled quickly. Ive had poor luck in the past with plumbing companies, but Rocket was able to set me up for a same day appt and was even able to squeeze me in an earlier time slot.

I recently contacted Rocket plumbing when I was having some problems with my water heater. This is actually the first time since I’ve moved to Chicago that I was able to get a plumber for same day service. My neighbor recommended them and I’m so glad I called. Geoff came out and explained the issue and my options for replacement. Since my utility closet has a tricky set up the furnace positioning made removal and installation complicated, but Geoff was able to explain everything to me and also communicate with my preferred HVAC contractor to make sure everything was done right and could be repaired as needed. I appreciate the time taken to answer all my questions and remedy the situation. I was impressed with how clean things were left once the job was done.
