This is a fantastic small business. I have used them many times to replace parts in my home kitchen. They are always helpful and almost always have what I need. Also, twice lately when parts came from the manufacturer with faulty insides, CFS reps quickly shipped me warranty replacement parts. They made everything so easy. Highly recommend!

Hector is exceptional. He identified the part I needed before I made it to the counter. He went above and beyond to help with the unit. He gave me helpful advise for installation. I was extremely impressed.

We ordered replacent parts for our Frankie faucet that was out of warranty. We were referred to this online shop by the manufacturier. The 'Shoppe'.helped us identify the part we needed by a photo we sent. We got a response from customer service tte same day. We got the product in a timely manner. I'm very happy with them, great store!

Wish I read their fine print before ordering. Their websites shows everything in stock. I emailed them a couple weeks later wondering where my parts were. They got back to me saying it was few months out so I tried to cancel it and I got a 25 percent restocking fee for the part they had which I never received. They should better warning on their site but they wont because how else will they make easy money.

Needed a new splash mount faucet for my stainless utility sink. I had my eye on a Chicago Faucet model, and they had it at a discounted price. Great service on all fronts. Fast and secure shipping. Can’t recommend them enough if you’re in the need for quality plumbing parts.

I had a lovely old faucet that fit above my bathroom bowl sink perfectly but it continued to drip and I couldn't repair it. Brought it to Adam and he was able to take it apart but unfortunately couldn't guarantee that it would remain working. He sold me a great new faucet and it works much better than my old one. The price was better than the parts for the old one. This is the place to go and Adam, the owner, and his team are the people to see for all your plumbing questions and the proper supplies made in the USA. Thank you Adam!

My 25-year-old single lever kitchen faucet started leaking like drip-drip, then rapidly increased in amount. It was made by Franke, whose customer service told me the model was discontinued- no repair part. They asked me to check with The Faucet Shoppe in Chicago and one other place in New York. I got one from The Faucet Shoppe, and in less than an hour, the faucet was like new. Saved a good couple of thousand dollars to replace the whole unit by professional plumber. The purchase and shipping procedure was great. I would give 5 stars to the shop, including the receptionist. I will keep this shop in my list for future needs.

I went to the Faucet Shoppe for a replacement part for a Grohe tub diverter. The professionals behind the counter were able to quickly diagnose my problem and provided an extremely cost saving solution.Looking through the showroom they carry a wide selection of residential and commercial products. The staff was approachable, knowledgeable and very customer friendly. I have to replace my guest shower fixture and a laundry sink next. I will definitely be coming here to purchase the fixtures.

I needed a cartridge for Dorn Bracht kitchen faucet. Adam knew actually what I needed once I showed him the picture. Best part it was in stock. Even had the special tool to remove the cartridge. Extremely knowledgeable they know stuff you cant find on ChatGPT. Thanks

I called The Faucet Shoppe and spoke with Octavia. We have a super niche need on a vintage kitchen faucet. She worked with her team to find us the appropriate parts and made everything nice and easy. They have the best customer service - EVER! I needed spare parts for 2 KWC faucets. That company does not exist any more and parts as well as advice are very difficult to find. Abby Martinez, the customer service representative, went above and beyond. I am quite certain that without her exert guidance and help I would not have been able to repair those faucets. And they are "really nice" faucets .... if you know what I mean. I am certain that if I ever need any faucet related items I will get them from The Chicago Faucet Shoppe!
