I am completely blown away by the level of customer service provided by Alessanrdra. I was desperately seeking a discontinued Kohler faucet and Alessandra not only tracked one down, but ensured that it could be delivered via next day air to the East Coast. She truly went above and beyond. It's rare that you see this level of attention and service. I could not have been more impressed!

SCAM. This place doesn’t exist. Chicago Tribune just posted an article about them highlighting that this “address” is nonexistent, there is no license under this name under the Department of Public Health or Chicago Department of Buildings. After a guy got scammed by this “company” and basically had to pay a boatload of money for the damages they caused, their website went offline.

Hector was great! Gave us really good advice on our wall faucet! Would go again.

I have KWC faucets that are no longer made which require replacement valves. Being told by another vendor that replacements were no longer available, I found The Faucet Shoppe and spoke with Abby who took up the challenge. She started by contacting the Swiss manufacturer who offered a substitute but to be sure she had her technicians verify that the susbstitute would work. And as a bonus she informed me how to obtain a first order discount. I now no longer have two dripping faucets. Thanks to Abby I saved hundreds of dollars on replacements. First class customer service!!!!

I had a great first-time experience working with Adam and his team on a project for my boat. I decided to replace all of the faucets, and once I took everything apart, I realized the fittings weren’t standard sizes and I’d need help from a specialty shop. Adam quickly understood exactly what I needed and came up with a plan to make it all work. I can’t thank him and his team enough for their help. I highly recommend the Faucet Shoppe!

Alex was a HUGE help in determining which cartridge I needed for my old shower components. He responded quickly and was right when ChatGPT was wrong. I can't recommend him and Chicago Faucet Shoppe enough.

This place is the go to place for all things plumbing. Their prices are reasonable and I have always gotten a solution for any plumbing issues I have ever had. You instantly know this place is fantastic because it often has plumbing professionals out the door buying their goods from them. Highly, Highly recommended!

This place is great - Adam was extremely helpful!!! I walked into this store with a plastic cup filled with my disassembled shower cartridge. It had no brand on it, so I didn't know where to begin to replace it. Adam identified it at once, had the part in stock, showed me the easiest way to put the new springs into the valve, and I was on my way.
The inventory is amazing (this is a perfect place to shop if you are seeking discontinued or old parts) and the pricing is very fair. Highly recommend.

I have a portable dishwasher and a sink with a spray handle - everything I read online said you couldn’t connect the two. I brought in my pieces and barely had to explain the problem before Adam gave me the part and sent me on my way. Excellent experience. Everyone in there seemed professional friendly and knowledgeable. There was a line when I got in and it moved fast. Definitely recommend.

Can I give them 6 stars? Alex and his team were amazing. We had a discontinued part from Pfister that Chicago Faucet Shoppe had in stock. l was able to order it quickly and easily. We had a little snafu with shipping, but Alex was super responsive and we got it all straightened out. We still had an issue that was missed by the plumber, but Alex was there for further advice and he was spot on. Just a terrific experience and I will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

These guys are total aces- absolutely nailed it- I needed sealing and packing for a Dornbracht kitchen faucet. Not only did they take the time to vet the manufacturer's recommendation but that led them to a different part number. Very grateful for their sheer professionalism on such a small <$10 parts kit. The result- bone dry faucet- good for another 18 years- cheers Alex & co.

This is a great local plumbing supply business. They have a huge inventory and prices are the best around. Friendly staff and even helped this homeowner with a 2 piece faucet handle that was working right together. They solved my issue without hesistation.

Shipped an empty two sheets of cardboard taped together to me and claims it is our fault we ordered wrong part. Wrong! I have an empty so called box that is empty.

This guys are just great, they know everything about faucets, I had a problem (actually I had several problems with lot of projects) I’m a contractor and if the problem is small and they fix it in the spot they don’t charge you a dime, that’s good to know as sometimes other shops will take advantage of this

I went there thinking I had to replace an entire shower head. The gentleman who waited on me said there was a quick fix option. Instead of selling me a more expensive item he offered a less expensive option. I will definitely be going there for all my future plumbing needs. Honesty, great customer service and able to offer options are A+ in my book. I am sorry that I didn't catch the young man who waited on me but kudos to him. Thank you!

10/10 experience. I spent hours trying to find a faucet adapter with an uncommon size and was unable to get help from larger suppliers even the store that carried the faucet I had. All I did was bring in the 2 pieces and their employees told me they have just what I need. Within a minute they came back with the perfect piece! Kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable within their profession. Will absolutely be returning for all my plumbing needs!

Great shop with a whole lot of hard to find parts and accessories. Excellent for those of us who have older houses. Very knowledgeable and friendly to boot.

If you need a part for any faucet repair, no matter how obscure, Faucet Shoppe will have it or get it for you quickly. Adam, Carla, Nicole and all the guys there are absolute legends. Their accuracy and knowledge in finding the right part plays a huge factor into why I don't even waste my time with HD or any other hardware store. Faucet Shoppe is a one stop, back on your way, job complete type of place.

Be prepared to wait in a small line. Their store front is currently not allowing people inside. They come out and see you to assist you then go back in and get your part.

NO RETURNS!!

This is the third or fourth time in my ~2 years as a first time homeowner that the crew at The Faucet Shoppe have solved a plumbing repair issue with ease. Everyone behind the counter knows their stuff inside and out. They don't care if you're spending $40 or $4,000, they treat everyone with the same respect and professionalism. This is the only shop I'll ever visit for my plumbing needs. They are the absolute best.
