Impeccable, detailed, dedicated service helped me locate & confirm correct replacement for a discontinued Grohe shower valve that Perplexity AI was showing they were only supplier still stocking the product in the US. They were thorough in making sure the replacement would be correct from the photos I sent. I was impressed and thankful to have found a reliable source that readily ships the correct part to Hawaii. It was either a lucky to find $100 replacement shower cartridge or $2,000 to tear out a tiled shower to install new shower valve. I've got to give credit to the awesome service, thank you! Needless to say, they are now in my Bookmarks under Plumbing.

I was looking for a new stem or valve for my American Standard shower and tub valves. It's an older model, so none of the big box stores even knew what it was. But when I brought it into The Faucet Shoppe, they were able to connect me with the right stem assembly immediately - almost as if they had that one ready for me. If you have any plumbing issue and you're a DIY guy/gal, I would check this place out. They not only had the part I needed on the ready, but also they walked me through the install process and gave me some tips on what could go wrong. I like being able to restore old plumbing fixtures - especially American Standard - instead of throwing them in the landfill and installing a (mostly plastic) replacement.

I have added the photos of my American Standard Shower and Tub set up, as well as the stem valves that I used to replace them. One thing to remember, bring whatever you can to the store. That includes the handles, the old stems, pictures, etc. The more you bring, the more they can use to make sure that you have the right parts.

Oh...and one more thing...Carla is awesome! She answered my e-mail question and helped me in the store.

The Chicago Faucet Shoppe is THE. BEST!

I was flailing trying to find a part for a leaky faucet.

My architect Mason Miller pinged me - he had the receipt from when purchased it a dozen years ago, to ID the make/model (aside: THANK GOD i did not scrap that faucet b/c we paid a stupid/embarrassing amount of $$ for it).

The Chicago Faucet Shoppe had the part. In stock. Cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Super friendly service.

If you have ANY plumbing supply needs, these are your guys.

If anyone asks in the future for plumbing supply, I now "got a guy" - Chicago Faucet!!

    Thanks!!!

Placed an order for a GRAFF shower valve, was told it would be shipped over night paid for over night shipping. Then multiple phone calls later with their lack of urgency we did not receive for 3 weeks with no refund for the over night shipping until Spoke with a gentleman in the office who read multiple notes and tried to get the item shipped asap. When we had to return do to the contractor getting the part sooner they denied our return due to their store policy $800.00 faucet. That will be the last time we order from this company.

Let me start with the ability to call c/s and actually speak with a person. Great start!
Spoke with a few employees and all tried to actually help.. Had an issue with a return and was told that I would be refunded for the incorrect part.. It actually happened. This is how c/s use to be like, other companies should take notice.
    Great Customer Service!

A+ I will definitely use them again

We recently purchased an in sink soap dispenser from the Chicago Faucet Shoppe. It arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the pump was defective. Alex at the Faucet Shoppe jumped on the case and quickly ordered a replacement pump from the manufacturer. It arrived via 2 day priority mail. Alex helped with the installation and answering my questions on proper installation. This was above and beyond typical customer service and I want to make it clear that Chicago Faucet Shoppe stands behind their products and take all necessary steps to assure customer satisfaction. They rate 5 stars for the entire operation from sales to service.

Be aware, once you order it'll take them couple months to fulfill your order and you won't be able to cancel it. They'll lie in emails giving you made up dates. Go shop somewhere else to avoid headache

Adam hooked it up! Our unique ceramic Koehler faucet was on its last legs. Leaking, low pressure, after 16 years of service. Solid, Adam completely rebuilt it in 30 minutes! Bravo! Saved our rears considering we designed the house around that faucet 😂. Flows like a champ, just like brand new.

If you have a hard to fix plumbing problem, vintage fixtures you want to keep, these are your guys.

Whatever plumbing parts you might be looking for, Alex at the Chicago Faucet Shoppe can get it for you or give you some good advice about what to do next.
For example, if you have ever had to track down a complete faucet set for a 1958 slant back bathroom sink in New York, Alex is your guy to get it done. This charming sink is almost 67 years old and was purchased from a local Habitat for Humanity store. Alex is the pro who matched it up with parts so it can function for many years to come.
Alex, one thousand thanks for being persistent, polite, thoughtful and knowledgeable. You brought our sink back to life.
    Best,
    Linda C

I cannot recommend this store enough. I brought in an old destroyed Crane shower stem. I knew the manufacturer but nothing about the part number. The guy behind the counter takes one look at it, says “I got you” and five minutes later I’m walking out with two brand new stems. No guessing games, no trying a part to see if it works. I brought the thing, they matched it, I threw it in the wall, mission complete. The entire project took an hour. My only regret is not going to these guys earlier.

My experience with The Faucet Shoppe (TFS) is at the highest level. . . . I ordered a wonderful Chicago Faucet (CF) from them. Due to circumstances beyond my control I was not able to install it until almost a year later. Even though I kept the faucet in the original packaging, upon installation I realized the spout had a leak. After corresponding with Alex in customer service I was informed that, even though their exchange policy only allows a week after delivery for an exchange, TFS would grant an exchange and pay for return shipping. . . . Therefore, I would say TFS and CF have integrity. I find this attribute rare today and most of all I love my new Chicago Faucet ! ! ! Many greetings from the Sonoran Desert.

Adam has been helping me with projects large and small, complicated and simple, far and near, for almost 20 years. I go out of my way to see them for the simple ones, and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for the complicated ones. He and the other helpful guys behind the counter have the experience to help, and the pieces parts to make it real.

This is my second time using The Faucet Shoppe. I live in a 1950s architecturally designed home with Crane "high-end" fixtures. Finding parts for a company that went out of business decades ago is not for the faint of heart. The Faucet Shoppe made the first request (5 years ago) into just an ordinary transaction. Go to their website, fill out the contact form, describe the problem(s), and take a picture of the part(s) you need. They will respond promptly. The great thing is that they actually know what the part is that you sent the picture of to them. Their knowledge base is exhaustive, and their stock is made up of impossible-to-find items, just standard old parts replacements, and anything else you want. Today's internet sites, and even yesterday's large, full-service plumbing supply stores, didn't have what the Faucette Shop has. Knowledge, patience, and a wonderful history help you become a part of this treasured plumbing supply house with the amazing inventory and reach for the parts you need!! I love them!!!

Best shop in town for all your plumbing needs. Guys and gals here go above and beyond. Not many shops around that still know their customers by name.

Now and then one encounters outstanding customer service, and that's what I got from The Faucet Shoppe! I needed a 20-year-old part replacement for my home in California, and sought help from The Faucet Shoppe via email (found them on line). They were terrific! And they found my part. Highly recommend.

    Excellent online (Webstore) customer service!!!
I have ordered several times with The Faucet Shoppe's online store. They always deliver as promised.
Case in point -- my most recent order was delivered to me in a damaged and partially opened box, with some of the component pieces missing. A call to customer service (Alex, Abby and Amanda) resolved the issue by sending me the replacement components ASAP. Well done!

Update: One of the parts that I ordered from The Faucet Shoppe was defective. Customer Service did a terrific job (again) at resolving the matter to my satisfaction. Bravo (again) to the team.

Exceptional service from online ordering/service at the Chicago Faucet Shoppe! I had the pleasure of interacting with Alex Berger who went out of his way to specifically look for the kitchen faucet model I needed in the store, found it, and then expedited shipping to my home in California so I could get it in time for the plumber's arrival. Alex was professional, courteous, and efficient. He made the dreaded "I need a new kitchen faucet" experience absolutely wonderful! Thank you Alex Berger!

For a supposedly "reputable" business, they literally stole my money. Over $3,000 USD for an online order they never shipped, and they simply refused to cancel it. They just keep claiming it's my bank's fault, even though my bank statement shows the charge.

I shop online a lot, and other businesses usually just cancel the order and refund the money the same day.

You're better off buying from Quality Bath ,Ferguson,Guillens and among others. This situation is deplorable; I got myself into a lot of trouble because of them.
