Drain Works came out to our home within a few days of reaching out to them, to address what we thought was an issue with our garage spigot. They were really kind, friendly, knowledgeable and were able to address our issue very quickly.

Found Drain Work on Yelp looking for estimates on plumbing work. Sept 8th confirmed appointment for Sept 12th on the Yelp app. Sept 11th Karla sent a message about a $59 service charge I didn't see until the service tech showed me a bill. I refused to pay it because I was sent an free estimate appointment . Service Tech didn't mention any charge until I ask for my estimate. After a couple minute listening to the service tech explain to me how I agreed to pay $59 , he finally decided he claimed to waive the service charge, and agreed to submit my estimate via e-mail. Opened the e-mail and came across an acrobat app asking me to pay $19.99 to see my estimate. This place don't deserve any stars. 0

After a couple of weeks being strung along by another plumbing company, I gave Karla at Drain Works a call and they were able to get us on the schedule so quickly for some time sensitive work that I needed done. I wish I would have just called them from the very beginning. Eric and Manny were unbelievably nice and knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done in our new home. We had a gas line capped, and also had shut off valves for our washer replaced. Eric explained all of our options, and we really appreciated his honest opinions on the work that we were inquiring about. Eric was also able to give us quotes for some other items that need to be taken care of, and we are looking forward to working with them again in the future. Great value, wonderful people, and super clear when it comes to scheduling which we appreciated so much!! Can't wait to use Drain Works again!

My 90 year old mother contacted Drain Works. Her kitchen sink and laundry tub was backed up. They charged her $1,025.50 and didn't complete the job. They said they needed an additional $2,999.00 and that her catch basin was full of grease. She said no, but they kept trying to convince her. I told them to leave. She called Roto Rooter. They came the next day and charged $400.00. They said that there was 1/4 cup of grease in her catch basin. Drain Works took advantage of my mother's age. She would have paid an additional $3,000.00 for a $400.00 job. Please do not use them. They left my mother with her laundry tub full of dirt and still did not complete the job. She was out $1,025.50 and her tub was still clogged. See picture.

I smelled gas in my home and freaked out so I called People's Gas and they ended up shutting it off. Next minute, I'm googling for a plumber and Drain Works looked trustworthy so I gave them a try. From the start, they were responsive and helpful. They took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. They located my leaks and repaired them all. Great price! Will definitely use them in the future!

I can not say enough good things about Drain Works. We've had a slew of plumbing issues ever since we moved into our new home. Eric and Manny have always responded so quickly, and have fixed our issues, with out most recent issue being the most serious. Our sump pump failed, leaving our basement to flood a bit. I was really taken back when they not only replaced our sump pump but took the time to remove all of the water and clean up our basement. It's that type of thoughtfulness and quality of service that makes them great. Eric then went through and explained what he think happened and what was done during the repair so that I understood what was done to my home. I also find their prices to to be very fair. Even if you need something simple like a drain cleaning (which they've done for us too because we're in pluming hell), call them.

I had an ejector pump that was running continuously whether it was raining or not and needed to find out why and address the problem. Eric was the only person who came to look at it who looked at the whole system, and correctly guessed it was a faulty flood valve and likely blockage in the sewer pipe. He and Manny ended up replacing the broken valve that had been cemented over, cleared the roots from he pipe and rebuilt the pit. They gave me a more than fair price for the work that they did and I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone who needs experienced plumbers for any size job.

Drain Works is trustworthy, fair and transparent - everything you should look for in a plumber or any other tradesperson. I will always go to them for any plumbing needs. They just replaced several sections of old galvanized pipe for new copper after I found a leak. Call out to Erick who is clear with his assessments and kindly and patiently answers my questions.

Eric at Drain Works was at my location in 3 hours same day to take a look at a sub pump issue that turned out to be a back flow problem. He diagnosed, explained my options, got the new part and fixed it. Extremely personable and they know what they are doing. Very happy with Eric and Drain Works and will be on my speed dial as its hard to find good honest plumbers....especially in the city!

We have been using Drain Works for our plumbing needs for a couple years now and they have always done a very good job. What I especially like is how they have been available during off hours and weekends to assist in our emergency needs. I highly recommend them, they are reliable, honest and hard working.
