The worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life

My kitchen sink got clogged and they were the first guys I called because they were at my neighbor's place last week and I took their number , I was delighted that they were able to clean it out just one hour later after my call. They were polite, attentive, and cleaned up well when they were done.Great prices too!!!

Juan was friendly and fast at assessing the bathroom sink faucet that needed replacement, provided an awesome quote and got to work. I was pleased with the efficiency and professional manner the job was completed in. He had a very tight space to work with as the vanity space is very small.

Jim was our Service Technician and he was very knowledgeable, advised us of necessary measures to avoid this issue again and all other options available. Courteous, friendly, and if all of Dash Plumbing And Rodding Co technicians are as knowledgeable as Jim, Dash Plumbing And Rodding Co. has no competition.Feel so much better having running water and septic again.

I discovered a leak coming from my second floor bathroom and draining through the ceiling in my kitchen.Jim answered the emergency line right away and was at my home within 30 min. He was absolutely amazing and very friendly. He found the leak right away and repaired it perfectly. He was done within one hour and he left the working area spotless. We called in the morning and they were able to get a professional out to our house by the afternoon, which was faster than I expected. Inconsiderate idiots!! Their truck blocked an already very narrow street, Leland Ave in Jefferson Park earlier today 5-3. If an emergency vehicle had come down the street they would have been screwed!! There were several large parking spots very near to where they stopped. Or better yet they should have parked in the alley! Three cars behind them had to back up to the end of the block since there was no way to get around them on a narrow street!

They have a lot of stuff. You can shop online and pick up in store. The people at the counter are helpful courteous and knowledgeable.

I’m a Realtor and assisted my clients through a new development condo project where the whole process on the list end was severely unorganized.
