I recently had a major repair done on my main sewer line, which required extensive digging both in my front yard and into my basement bathroom floor. Given that I had just completed a gut rehab six years ago, I was extremely worried about the potential damage. The plumbing team exceeded my expectations. They worked quickly, kept me informed at every step, and minimized damage to the bathroom floor. They also contained the dust effectively and cleaned up thoroughly. Recommended by Windy City Garages, I couldn’t be happier and have already referred them to a friend. Highly recommended!

I recently contacted Madden to evaluate the scope for removal of my residential grease trap. They were on site the same day to evaluate the job and give me a quote. I accepted the quote right away and was given a repair time frame that was to far out for my comfort since I was unable to use my kitchen sink. They understood and moved some things around and were able to get to me the following day! Talk about a customer centric company!! I asked that the job be estimated on the high side and I was pleasantly surprised when the total was lower than I was even expecting.

Needed our building catch basin cleaned. It was easy to schedule someone to come out. The plumber was communicative and arrived on time. Service was quick, professional and on budget. The plumber alerted me to some issues with the structure of our catch basin and gave me a ballpark on what the cost would be to fix the issues. Will use again.

A few years ago we had a flood control system installed. The workmen were very professional, efficient, respectful, and did a fabulous job in installing what was needed and in cleaning up. We have yearly maintenance to make sure all is working as it should. The guys are always on time, do a very thorough job, and leave everything just as they found it. We are very satisfied with Madden, and we recommend them to anyone in need of the kind of work they do.

Update to post: We just had our yearly maintenance done in late August. This is year 9 since the flood control was installed. The maintenance involves greasing the gate, ensuring the sump pump is operating property, and rodding the sewer line. As always, the guys showed up on time, let us know they were here, were friendly and professional, did the work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned everything up when leaving.

Our 110 year old 6 unit building has been using Madden's services for at least the last 8 years, for regular maintenance (sewer line rodding, catch basin cleaning), as well as small and large repair jobs. We have found their plumbers knowledgeable, their prices reasonable, and their service prompt.

I've used Madden Sewer & Drain twice. The first time was for our condo building and the second time was a personal call for my unit. Each time, the people I interacted with were very professional and honest. For the personal call, I had called for an estimate appointment to provide a price to fix a number of issues. The fixes were pretty simple and they were able to do the work quickly during the estimate visit. Madden is now my go-to plumber. Highly recommended!

Great experience from beginning to end with Madden. Quote was accurate and reasonable and the work was performed in a timely and professional manner. I called this morning and wasn't getting in until the next day. I asked if there was any possibility if I could be put in as standby for today due to the back up severity. Madden Sewer called back a couple of hours later to let me know they could accommodate us. The specialist called when he was on his way. Dear Friends of Madden,
The two service professionals came on time, and handled the annual maintenance of our flood control system without any problems. Since the annual maintenance is now $100 higher than it had been previously, it would be nice if we got a video of the rodding both to the street and back to the catch basin included as part of the new $450 price. Jack, the tech and his co-worker from Madden arrived promptly to the job. They were courteous and explained what they were doing clearly. They solved the problems quickly and efficiently. They left the job site clean and acted in a professional manner. I was very pleased with their work.

Madden Sewer and Drain provided excellent service on two separate occasions recently, one for an electric rodding of kitchen sink line, and installation of new elements for kitchen sink. They arrived as scheduled, and also when they encountered as issue with reassembly, they made sure to address properly by looking to source the proper parts instead of using alternative/less effective methods. Though I no one wants to encounter plumbing issues, I am very confident that I will utilize their services again if necessary.

We had 2 jobs both completed and inspected within 4 days. We added a cleanout in the front yard and rebuilt a catch basin. At the end they cleaned up and topped off with black dirt.
