Madden installed a flood control system for our 1896 built home. With all the new construction around us, our basement was flooding three times a year. The system was installed in 2015 and we haven't flooded since. Madden uses quality parts, not plastic. During installation they were professional, respectful of us and our property, and they cleaned up really well when they were done. They worked incredibly hard in 95 degree heat, and they did a wonderful job! We have an annual inspection of the flood control system which includes rodding of our main line. This was done just recently, and as usual, the guys were on time and worked quickly. I have recommended Madden, and I continue to do so. They are good!
