Jon showed up on schedule and was super polished. He didn't rush through the assessment - actually explained things clearly. The solution he suggested for our sewage problem made sense, and I got the quote back pretty quickly.

Avoid wasting your time on them, as they'll spend it for you. They're unprofessional and unapologetic about it. Their lack of clarity is staggering - they can't even articulate what services they offer. When I called, they assured me they provided the service and scheduled it for the next day. I waited at home for 5.5 hours, only to be let down when they failed to show up with the promised work. A simple call five minutes after the scheduled time would have sufficed. Instead, it was infuriatingly delayed. Don't waste your time on a company that clearly doesn't value yours.
