You cannot beat Mitch in terms of knowledge, access to parts, and follow through. This is our go to for Grohe, Dornbracht, Kohler, etc.

The man is very good at what he does. He knows plumbing and fixtures very well. Good source for do-it-yourself when you can't find a part elsewhere.

Went to two hardware stores and they didn’t have the cartridge for my no-name faucet, but the faucet guy did! The price was a little high, but I don’t mind paying to get the part locally from a family owned business instead of dealing with trying to find the right part online.

Most knowledgeable about all plumbing parts and no attitude like the other place on Elston. Prices are fair and he usually has it in stock and if not he can get it in 24 hours

They are great and it is obvious that they know what they are doing! When I showed up with a suspected problematic part to my bathroom sink, they were able to open it up, find the issue and immediately replace it with a part they had in stock. Thanks Faucet Guy!

Don't waste your time at Home Depot, if you need a specific plumbing part for a specific plumbing job, these guys have it. I've purchased replacement valves for my faucets from the 70s and I was even able to procure toilet replacement parts for my 1955 crane toilet!

This guy was helpful and he didn't charge a lot of money... in fact his knowledge and advice was free. The o-rings were a dollar apiece and the aerator was $4. Can't much beat that unless he had actually known which o-ring(s) were needed for the specific faucet.

BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM FAUCET GUY! Make sure it's what you need and too bad if the part breaks. The owner of this store does not accept returns nor gives refunds and wont even exchange tools that he sells and break in the process of using. Purchased a Moen cartridge puller which broke and he couldn't care less. A $35 tool that's now useless. Not a good way to do business Faucet Guy!

I have one apartment that had a leak on the tub and its an older washroom so it has older knobs. One of the knobs just went bad and I usually go to other stores but they did not have what I was looking for but luckily they sent me here.
I got here and I explained to the man at the front desk about my problem and another customer had the exact same problem.
We both ended buying the same thing. I both both instead of just one and fixed my problem.
I did not need a plumber so that save me some money as well.
The pieces work great and until I renew the entire bathroom I know it will work. thanks for the help.

Mitch is a hero! He somehow had hard to find vintage Grohe parts for an old shower diverter and gave me some crazy good install tips. Put your faith in Mitch, and he’ll deliver!

Faucet guy Inc is honestly one of the best faucet business on the north side. Mitch the owner is super cool and super knowledgeable. He can answer almost every question. He also knows ehat you need just based off of pictures. This is a solid place to do business if your a plumber. One of my main places to go. Thanks mitch. Your awesome.

Horrible place to do business. The guy sold me two faucet replacement cartridges which he himself chose for two faucets. He install one cartridge on one of my old faucets right there at the store. He charged me 102 dollars for the cartridges, o rings, and some grease. He did not provided me with an actual receipt for the sale. He said that I was getting an email. That night, ss soon as I installed the faucet with the new cartridge, it leaked from the top. By the way, he also replaced the o rings on the faucet. I went back the very next day to have my return the defective parts and get my money back. He refused to return my money saying that they had a no returns policy. He did not have any signs posting this policy and was told that the policy was stated on the email. I have proof on the email that says nothing about no returns. I called the Chicago police but as usual they did not arrive at all. I then called my bank and requested to have the transaction voided. I was told that they can do that.
Please, do yourself a favor and to not buy from this guy. He is a dishonest person. I am contacting the BBB as well. Businesses like this should not be allow to operate. This guy has no concept of what is like to keep customers. I will never buy from this guy ever again.
