I went to buy a faucet for a commercial kitchen and I got charged $110 more than the exact same faucet on another 3 stores. It’s was exactly the same brand and model. Probably my fault for not checking before. And he wasn’t even nice. I wouldn’t recommend this business.

Doubles the prices on things that shouldn’t be doubled, I can find these items for a cheaper price at other places. Also does not except returns when the items are brought back in pristine condition.

Prices high and check pieces before you buy. I bought 2 shower handles & they were cracked. They would not exchange, guess he thought I cracked it. If you buy something even if you never used and is sealed he does not take returns. Wish he would have mentioned that at the time of purchase.

Such a rip-off. Prices are based on the customer’s outlook. We were charged 40$ for a part that costs 7$ at the Home Depot. Won’t go back there!!

Dis guy right ‘ere! He’s the best! He just solved a tub knob compatibility issue that I’ve been stuck on for months. Extensive experience that I never found at the big chains and hard to find parts that they can’t get either

I'm far from a plumber, I didn't even know the name of the piece I needed. He listened to what didn't work, found something he thought would, and assured me if it didn't to bring it back and we'd find something else. It worked great the first time, and no issues since. Helpful, knowledgeable, neighborhood guy. We need these guys around!

Owner is very difficult and not helpful! There are way better places to get plumbing supplies, so go somewhere else. They sold me a piece to fix a sink that did not end up working the way they said it would. When I tried to return it he would not take it back, and as I have no need for store credit, I asked to give my store credit to another guy in the store who was buying something. The owner refused to do this and was rigid and unreasonable.

Do not come here!!! The owner without approval completely broke the faucet we brought in. He didn’t have the piece we needed so he took it into his own hands without asking and completely damaged what we brought in so now the new part won’t even work with it. He melted off the washer and sawed off the screw. Finally I realized this crazy person was going rogue without even asking me and told him to stop. He offered no solution and should have to buy us a whole new set after breaking what we brought in but refused and played dumb. Thank you for breaking the only working piece of our faucet we had left! Total jerk

Reply to owner: my wife came in earlier today and you totally destroyed our pipe because you didn’t have the proper piece. How can you not remember something that happened two hours ago?

It’s one thing to be bad at what you do but another to completely lie to your customers. Wish I could give you 0 stars

The place to go for your rough plumbing needs. If you have a old or high-end faucet that requires replacement parts they have it guaranteed.

Contraté a Fernández Plumbing hace dos meses para un trabajo con garantía. El problema persiste, no recibí comprobante. Al contactarlo, tanto yo como mi marido, nos informó que no regresaría a menos que pagáramos nuevamente, a pesar de ser evidente que el trabajo no quedó bien. Señalé mi intención de reportar, y él desestimó mis preocupaciones. Considero que un servicio profesional debe responder a su garantía, por lo que no puedo recomendar esta compañía.
Two months ago I hired Fernández Plumbing for a job that was supposedly guaranteed. The problem is still there, and I never received a receipt. When both my husband and I contacted him, he said he would not return unless we paid again, even though it is clear the job was not done properly. I mentioned that I would file a complaint, and he dismissed my concerns. A professional service should stand behind its work, so I cannot recommend this company.

Call multiple times and never received a call back. Left message and no one called.

Answered my call right away and was very professional and courteous. Very hard to find nowadays.

My father had been a client for some time now and is always saying good things about this business. They have reasonable prices and great customer service. 👍

If there was a zero, that's what they'd receive. I called on Saturday and they said they'd be out the following Friday after 11:30. I called to confirm Friday morning and it was clear they'd forgotten, but they said they'd be here in the hour. At 12:40, they said they'd be here in an hour. When I called at 2:45, they said they'd be here in 30 minutes. At 3:45, they didn't pick up. Ditto at 4:15. I had the entire week to get this fixed, but didn't call anyone else because Fernandez said they'd do the job. Instead, they just blew me off. Who does that? I have a house full of people here on Sunday and no working powder room. They are dishonest and unreliable, and left me hanging. If they weren't going to show up, why couldn't they just have said so?

We flushed a tube a toothpaste down the drain and he was able to get it out by snaking the toilet for less than 5 minutes. He had quoted my boyfriend $25-$150 depending on if he had to remove the toilet or not. When I asked him what it would cost he said $125 and I questioned the cost and he said he would never charge $25 for a service. I ended up paying $125 for a 5 minute job. Not worth it at all. Totally took advantage of me being a woman.

After calling 5+ contractors, Mr. Fernandez was the first person to respond and came out the very same evening I called - within an hour and a half! He was very professional. His ability to speak English and Spanish was very helpful since my wife was able to handle the situation while I was at work. He explained to her that he could not fix the problem since it was on the city-side. He contacted the city and facilitated the work to be done since our problem was not a simple rodding issue with our main sewer line.
On a side note, we have had flooding in the basement and Mr. Fernandez explained to us that because our sewer line was partially blocked, this may have well been the cause.
He was most responsive, gave the most reasonable quotes and stood by his work. I would highly recommend him for anyone who is looking to set up annual or biannual catch basin and sewer line maintenance.

Fernandez was extremely helpful with what we thought was a simple "sewer gas smell" in the basement. He came out and informed us that the catch basin had to be cleaned out. It hadn't been done for a VERY long time! When he did it, he found a blockage on the city side and said he couldn't finish the work so he didn't charge us anything! It's their policy to only charge when they can get the job done. He said he would contact the city for us and he did. We contacted the city too, but he got it done faster. The city came out and fixed the problem. After that, we paid him a reasonable fee for handling everything. We recommend Fernandez highly.
