The reason for the one star review is that it seemed the only way to actually get in contact with someone. Multiple calls over a couple weeks (and at different times of the day no less!) with no response seemed strange to me. Just wanted to let someone know so that you can rectify the fact that these scammers are using your business profile on job boards. Hopefully you can rectify your online profiles, and I will remove my review.

Called Jim after a frozen water pipe at my business, he is the best! He was there quickly, fixed the pipe and had my only bathroom back up and running before my next shift. Would absolutely recommend and use them again

Basement drain backed up. Jim explained the options clearly, and the practical feasibility and limits on the effectiveness of each. Each option had its own price. He did both and charged me only for one. He's a third generation business owner and it shows in his professionalism, honesty, and respectfulness. I had an emergency: Apartment building rain water pipe was leaking. Opened up concrete floor in basement to determine what material was required. Home Depot, nor Faucet Shop could assist. Was referred to Shilvock Co. Drove to Shilvock Co and spoke with Tim, who confirmed that he had the material that I may require. Drove back to site to check and confirm which supplies I would be requiring. Called supplier to indicate that I would arrive about 5 minutes after their shop closes at 4pm. I explained my situation and mentioned that rain and showers were predicted for tonight and tomorrow and that the basement could flood. The assistant (not Tim) was not prepared to wait a couple of minutes to assist me in this emergency! I rushed and in fact arrived 2min after 4pm. They were already closed. Now I must plan and prepare to prevent the basement from flooding tonight and travel another 8miles tomorrow to purchase the material required. Poor, poor, poor customer service!

They've had everything for sinks, toilets, urinals and faucets we've needed for bar and restaurants. Friendly staff that have talked through a few details I'm ignorant to in that past. Always quick in & out with affordable pricing.

Forget the big box stores. If you need help with DIY plumbing projects, this place is indispensable. Worth seeking out. These guys saved my day!!
