Sandoval Plumbing was responsive, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Eduardo sent me a video; since, I was unable to be on site. My toilet was fixed in less than a day! If I encounter any other plumbing issues, Mr. Sandoval will be the first call I make.

My husband and I have used Sandoval Plumbing on two occasions and both times they were fast, efficient, and professional. The owner came the first visit and was extremely knowledgeable. His son came the second time our basement toilet wasn’t working. This young man was so polite and professional- I was so impressed. All work was done quickly and correctly! We concur with all the reviews that Eddie has the best service and deserves 5 stars. We had a main line back up that was causing toilet overflow and leakage of water into the basement. He came and assessed the situation and quickly went to work. He made sure the main line was clear and replaced the toilet seal. Everything was done in about an hour. He took time to explain plumbing to us lay persons, which was also greatly appreciated. If we ever have issues again, we will be sure to contact Eddie. The best!

Called Eduardo on a Friday around 5 to inquire about getting my sewer rodded. He was there promptly at 9:30 the next morning and did it for $450! Sent status updates during the project and overall was easy to work with.

Really is 24hr service. Eduardo came at the time he promised. I had a very stopped up toilet. I usually can fix it myself but not this time. He was able to able to clear the obstruction and gave me recommendations and advice to prevent future problems. He is honest and considerate. Thank you Eduardo. Highly recommend!

Very, very pricey. His prices are like ABC and Four Seasons; the two most expensive companies offering plumbing. I would suggest getting other quotes.

Eddie and Luis deserve all the stars. We called and had no idea what happened with our hot water heater, Eddie came and diagnosed the issue immediately. They installed the new water heater in less than 3 hours I was shocked and sooo happy. We’ll be using them from now on for our 2 flat building!

These reviews do not lie! This past Sunday after doing multiple loads of laundry back to back water started to come out of our basement shower. We called Sandoval Plumbing and Eddie answered right away, however, we decided to wait until the next day. Then comes Monday morning at about 5:30 am it started pouring rain and that is when our minor issue became a HUGE problem. Water was overflowing from our shower then it started to come out of the toilet after the shower was clogged. It was a total mess and we reached out to Eddie again close to 7 am and he called back within 20 mins. Eddie provided us with an ETA, arrived on time and called us when he was on his way. Once he arrived he took a look and knew what he had to do. Our main line was backed up and needed rodding. On top of that our sump pump also needed to be changed since it was older and no longer working. He provided recommendations of what replacement parts were needed and we went to purchase them while he started rodding. Eddie is extremely knowledgeable with 25 years of experience. He took his time to explain to me what the problem was and it was definitely helpful. He was done in about 3 hrs and price is reasonable. I will definitely be using him in the future and highly recommend anyone who needs plumbing services.

Eddie came to install new faucet and new garbage disposal. Great service and quality work. He also fixed a leaking toilet with a new wax ring. Highly recommend.

Unprofessional, Overpriced, and Disrespectful:

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sandoval Plumbing. They charged $150 for a basic job — sealing the edge of a tub/shower — but only applied silicone halfway along the tub. The job was rushed and clearly incomplete.

When my mother called to address the issue, the plumber was completely unprofessional. He lied, claiming that my father had asked him to seal only half the tub — which is absolutely not true. Then, instead of taking responsibility, he told my mother to “just finish it herself”, insulted her, and hung up the phone on her.

Not only was the work overpriced for what little was done, but the attitude and disrespect toward my family were unacceptable. This is not how you treat paying customers.

I would never recommend Sandoval Plumbing to anyone. If you care about quality work and basic respect, stay far away.

Eddie was great! Had a leak from my washer and needed a plumber to fix. He was quick to respond, punctual, assessed the problem after minimal troubleshooting and was able to fix our drain leak while keeping me informed on what he was doing. Kept the work area clean and tidy. Also was able to refer someone to repair the drywall for a reasonable price. Will definitely keep in my shortlist for plumbing issues in the future.
