I have to say my personal experience with Mr Eddie was amazing from the start when I made my call he answered and patiently listen to my situation he right away said not a problem once I get there i will give it a once over and we can go from there and man let me tell you he did amazing work once he got here right away he knew what was needed to be done and how much it would cost to make the repairs and I have to say that Mr Eddie was very fair with his price and timely repairs the pictures and video I posted are of him tackling the main issue but he did more work inside but i did not want to keep bothering him and taking pictures of him i let him do his work ty Mr Eddie i will definitely will come to him for my future issue and repairs A++++++++++++

He arrived on time, which was such a relief during a stressful time. He was quick to diagnose the issue and took care of the repair efficiently. Not only did he handle the job swiftly, but his prices were also very reasonable, making it easy on my budget. What really stood out was how reliable he is, every time I called him for follow-ups or questions, he was there without delay. Scheduling was incredibly easy through a few quick texts. Eduardo arrived on time and efficiently replaced two toilet flush valves, two master bathroom sink faucets and the basement ejector pump. I really appreciated Eduardo’s professionalism. You can tell he has a lot of experience, and he recommended trying out some less expensive repairs for a few weeks in order to determine for sure if we would need to move forward with breaking into the wall. He is trustworthy, kind, and really went above and beyond to get the job done today (he went out and bought the parts he needed for my specific sink and came back). One of the best companies I have hired in the Chicago area, and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

We had an emergency plumbing job and a friend recommended Sandoval plumbing. Eddie was very responsive and got back to me right away (unlike other plumbers I had also reached out to). He was very knowledgeable and gave us several options for our repair in order to stay within our budget. He worked with our schedule and was right on time. He did a great job in a timely manner. I called the owner Eddie and agreed on a date and time. I asked if he charged a price for the house call and he said no, just the final invoice for work done.

I asked him to please call after assessing the issues my tenants were facing before starting any work, so we could first align on scope of work and cost.

He was at the property for ~30 minutes. My tenant shared their dinner (gnocchi 🤣) with him and then he proceeded to work for the remaining 15-20 minutes. Shortly after I receive a call requesting $280!

Not sure if that’s standard, but can’t help but feel taken advantage of. 😞

Eduardo was able to expediently stop by and examine the bathroom faucet that was leaking in multiple places. He was instrumental in helping acquire a new faucet cartridge to replace the old, damaged one. The problems was particularly finicky, and he responded quickly each time until he was able to fully fix all the issues related to the faucet.

Our master bathroom toilet started gurgling over the weekend and it got worse. I called a few other plumbers but they were not be able to provide availabilities. I found Sandoval plumbing and gave them a call. They immediately responded and within 30 minutes a technician arrived. He throughly checked what was going on and worked on it. He explained what could be the issue and showed all bathroom toilets and sinks were draining well after an hour of work. He had to cut a p-trap in order to access a drainage. He put a new one on nicely and even cleaned the work area as well. His price was very reasonable especially in this area and how quick they responded. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Sandoval Plumbing. Eduardo was able to replace and reconstruct my kitchen sink plumbing after another person had done a poor job. He came out the same day, was very professional, and didn’t overcharge. I know who to call in the future for any plumbing issues!

Eddie was very professional, expertly carried out the task of finding the frozen section of my pipe when other plumbers were not interested in coming out on a very cold Saturday. Very expert job! I Highly recommend his services, and very fair price for everything.

Eduardo is the calmest plumber I have yet to encounter. I requested a second opinion after a different plumber had given up on routing out a sink. He was not even phased by a tiny cork that was Dutch-boy-ing a leak from days gone by (previous owners). He quickly assessed and gave me two options ($2k less than the third opinion from company #3), then completed the work (replacing galvanized pipe with PVC) within a matter of days. This guy is on my A team.

Eddie was efficient, extremely competent, and ethical. After dealing with a plumbing company who didn’t know how to diagnose let alone fix the problem, his matter-of-fact assessment, quick resolution and thorough repair work were a relief. We live in an old building whose plumbing needed care, and he was sensitive to our needs. Best of all, he arrived when he said he would be there. Can’t recommend him enough.
