Ashland Plumbing & Heating Co. are the best commercial plumbing company on the northside of Chicago. They have serviced my office to keep the plumbing in tip top shape.

Had to drive through downed trees from a storm the night before to get to my place. The generator problem was diagnosed immediately and fixed. Very professional and efficient.

I would not recommend this company - as many other people stated, the plumber Adam gave me an estimate of how much my bill would be, but come to find out, when the bill came, it was double of what I was told. I called the company to dispute the bill and they were extremely unprofessional and began arguing with me and blaming me. Don't trust Adam the plumber.

From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, their customer service was friendly, professional, and efficient. They were able to fit me in the next day, which was a huge relief since I had a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink

I used Ashland Plumbing to fix/replace our broken garbage disposal. They came out to take a look and gave me a couple of options (it was an old disposal and fixing it was nearly the same price as replacing it). They were very low pressure and transparent in terms of the cost and benefit.

I worked with Dusten; he was polite, on-time, and even took his shoes off. He was in and out in less than hour. The disposal has been working great and I'll be using Ashland again for all my plumbing issues.

I would give zero stars if I could. Was told on the phone prior to booking the service that there isn’t a charge unless a service is done. A plumber came to look at our sinks and didn’t find a leak or issue. We then received a bill for $194. When my partner called to explain he was never told of this they hung up on him. He then drove to the location and they said they wouldn’t let him in because he was talking “crazy” on the phone and would call the police if he didn’t leave. While he politely wanted to discuss why he was being billed for no services…I wouldn’t call this a business. It’s a few shady people trying to take your money.

This business has been family owned for generations. Their plumbers are highly skilled and very personable. There is no problem too small or too large that Ashland Plumbing cannot handle… And we’ve had every problem imaginable. I find their pricing to be competitive and at sometimes even below other plumbing companies. Make them your first call the next time you have a plumbing problem.
