Very happy with the responsiveness and quality of work provided by Justin Time Plumbing. Extremely fast with fantastic customer service. Communication is great and the pricing seemed affordable. Would definitely contact again for plumbing services.

Just had Justin over to replace two bathroom faucets. I had a previous company come out and quote me $700 for labor alone to fix just one of the faucets. Justin replaced them both for around the same amount. That included labor & parts. He was upfront about the costs, explained everything thoroughly, and was very professional. He’s my new go-to plumber from now on. Highly recommend him.

I called Justin time plumbing this morning to come help with my p-trap under my apartment kitchen sink, which has been leaking. My landlord has been putting me off so I took it upon myself to reach out for professional help. Justin came to my apartment within two hours of me calling and completely stopped the leak. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Justin was very knowledgeable and explaining step by step repair. Answered all my questions and was able to put everything in lanes terms.
Very respectful entering into one's home always put on and took off shoe covers - even when mentioning he didn't have to. 100% professional. Sure to be using him again. Highly recommend his services.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- I feel violated in my own home.
I should have read the reviews first! There are 7 other 1 Star reviews. Read them! Justin does a lot of talking in circles, gives 2 to 3 options just in case the one we chose didn't work, he was able to say "as I said" about 10 times. He showed me a list of charges on his ipad and said that he would send me the itemized invoice with notes. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEMIZED INVOICE TO UNDERSTAND THE CHARGES, 9 days later and requesting six times, over the phone, text and email. As others have noted, his follow up and communication after receiving his money does not happening. Since it was on his ipad, why couldn't he just email it o me then? 6 hours and $1500 later for a frozen pipe. He charged us to go to Home Depot to buy a propane heater, gas tank and extension cord (why did I pay for an extension cord? I have at least 5) After he took the heater out of the box, he put the empty box back in his truck. Why???? Then he said he would take off for the propane heater and take it with him. Yet we were still charged $1500. He changed a valve (without getting my OK) for $240. I looked it up, the valve is only $75.00.
We paid union labor for a helper who was not even an apprentice. The helper said “I’m not a plumber or apprentice, Justin just asked me to come with”. So he dings us twice. charge us for emergency rates to walk through the door, after telling us he had a cancellation.

I've used Justin Time Plumbing on three different projects. Justin doesn't disappoint. Justin is extremely knowledgeable and passionate at what he does. A true professional at affordable rates, I'll be contacting Justin soon on a fourth project. Extremely pleased at the quality of his work, I highly recommend Justin Time Plumbing for your next plumbing project.

Justin came out last week to fix a broken water pipe and besides that he informed me of a few other issues I had with my plumbing. Justin was very honest and reasonably priced explained everything in detail provided pictures of all the issues before and after. He also came out another day to install a brand new 50 gallon hot water tank for me. Justin is great I recommend him to anyone.

All right not sure where to start but we have been using JTP PLUMBING company for a while now and not only that we have referred everybody that we talked to that has anything to get done with that whether it's Plumbing Heating and Air and my entire family goes through this family owned and operated business with Justin he has compassion for what he does he cares about his customers not to say his work is checked after it's done and you make sure the customer is more than satisfied my wife it's a pretty picky person when it comes to stuff like this she wants it done the right way I mean Plumbing is at the utmost importance and we must have went through three to four different plumbers or plumbing company we went through at least three or four I believe different plumbing companies that weren't nearly as knowledgeable is Justin and his team they were professional they were booties that when they walked in the house so they had the utmost respect for our home and it took me a long time to post this so I do apologize I should have posted this a while ago as always I will highly recommend this company just in time Plumbing has been one of the best experience that we have ever had in this field of work we all know how the mechanics gd business and they are completely the opposite of this can be difficult to deal with and overcharging you not doing the right work you don't have to worry about that here they are great if I can get my 10-star I'd give him a 10 star they actually make sure that the customers okay with it before they leave they also show the work they give you the receipt they go over it in detail and they are always super professional which again in this day and age customer service and looking apart for whatever job or career we were doing only tell you this guy's got it all together it's very organized it's great and we will continue to refer and recommend just in time Plumbing for years to come. Thank you again Justin and your colleagues I have already told four people this week so you will have business coming for me and the family without question!!

Phenomenal service when working on my kitchen sink/faucet. Quick, clean, and experienced. Any question that I had was answered as long as given advice for maintaining longevity for the work that was done as well. Would recommend every time.

Had him come install 2 water heaters, water softener, and 3 new toliets and redo all the pipes as well. Took him a total of 2 days work and was in and out. Couldn't find a better plumber to do this.

Justin was hired by my company, J&H Fulfillment to fix the toilet. Our toilet was spraying back at us when flushing. Justin was not only polite and informative, but he also explained what it could be and any other possibilities. He let us know approximately how long it would take to fix and was detailed with his explanation of what he did. Since the fix, the toilet has been working better and we have not had any further issues. Would recommend his company.

I came across Justin's contact through my neighborhood group. He was highly recommended. Justin was able to come to my home quickly, review my issue and provided an estimate. All done very quickly and professionally. Justin did a great job updating me throughout the project. Provided photos, explanation and resolution options. Thank you Justin.

We had a new fridge delivered, but could not connect it due to pipe and old style valve issues. I read great reviews about Justin in my neighborhood group, so I called him. He is extremely knowledgeable, passionate, efficient, and explanatory!! He also takes his time to discuss any other issues you might have. We hired him to reconfigure our pipes and hook up, and while he was working, he noticed the filters needed changing on our heating/air units, so he did it himself!!!! Then to give you another example of how he goes above and beyond: When Best Buy came back to install the fridge after having our issue fixed, they did not properly connect everything, so Justin came back to complete THEIR job! He really loves what he does, and it shows in the quality of is work and his absolute professionalism. If I could rate him 10 stars, I would!

Called Justin and he came to unclog our sink. Got the job done in timely and clean manner. Would use him again and recommend him. Fair pricing, courteous and knowledgeable.

Justin came out the day I called. He was able to get our new dryer working by replacing the valves and upgrading a few old lines. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and reasonable on his rates. While he was here, we had an issue with our water heater. He was able to get the parts and come back within a couple of hours. He had it fixed by dinner and even cleaned up the area. You wouldn’t even know he had done anything. My family and I completely recommend him and we are even interested in having him do some other work in our house. Thank you Justin!

I’ve called Justin multiple times to help out with any plumbing issues. From strengthening the water pressure in my shower to unclogging the main pipe of my home due to using “flushable” wipes. He comes out the same day you need him and if he’s not available he’ll let you know the soonest he can get to you. Reliable, honest, and reasonable pricing. Great plumbing services. Have had them service my house a couple times in the last few years. Justin is Friendly, knowledgeable and explain options thoroughly. I once tried to save money by going to another plumber to install my water heater. That was a big mistake, and from here on out I will only use Justin Time Plumbing.
