Needed a special bushing to fit a 3.5 inch pipe. This is only store in the area that was able to supply it.

It's not a cheap place and it's more for tradesmen but they do have some things other stores don't. They also have a small showroom with tubs and faucets.

Helpful and friendly staff. Harder and harder to find a shop like this these days. Will be returning in the future!

I called Allied and they had the toilet I wanted in stock but they were closing in 30 minutes and I was 40 minutes away. They let me buy the toilet over the phone and waiting 10 minutes after closing for us to get there and pick it up. I call that excellent customer service! Thank You!

Great customer service. Could not find parts in other stores and they help me figure out to put together parts to make a part that is obsolete.

Very disappointed that I left here without the supplies I needed to replace my shower head. They did not include the washers for the hose. Everywhere I went closer to my house said it was a specialty item and I would need to buy a new hose to get the right fit. These guys are supposed to be the experts. Next time I will visit the big box store.
