I'm more of a DIY guy and needed some help with a stubborn water heater. He helped me find the part I needed, his contact was too expensive (he told me that I didn't tell him) for the parts and helped me find what I needed. I offered to pay but no charge. I will 100% use them again when I need a plumber.

Few weeks ago I was looking for someone who could help me with a leak and some faucet upgrades and thankfully my brother recommended me Tom. His customer service is outstanding and his prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Tom and Peter provide very good service. They were here very quickly and started right away. My basement was flooding from a broken pipe and they did excellent work in repairing it. They had to move the laundry machines and sink, but cleaned and put everything back in place. Very respectful to the building itself. Would highly recommend!

Tom was awesome. Gave me a great quote on toilet repair. Cash. And was done within 30 mins. Just like the other reviews very friendly, explained what he did and said if thr problem happened soon to just let him know because it could be other issues. Cleaned up afterwards , put everything back which wasnt necessary...lol. I would hire Tom again for plumbing issues in a heartbeat. Great neighborhood plumber in Dunning area.

Tom was late to the appointment, although he did keep me notified as to when he was coming. I was about to cancel and I am glad I didn’t. Thought this was a simple job but it was not. He had tried two different remedies, none of which worked. He let me know the contractor that did my kitchen installed the pipes incorrectly and he couldn’t get to the clog with traditional methods. He finally used a tool that removed the clog. He worked upstairs and down, being very thorough. Also cleaned up and was reasonable with the charge. Also he was honest about something else I thought I needed done, he said probably not. Would definitely recommend using Blue Line.

I have not been this happy in a long time. The last few plumbers I have hired left me so disappointed that I was beginning to think it was a bad industry. (Overcharging, poor service, incomplete work, bad work, lousy attitude, leaving work area dirty, causing damage, etc.). But, today I needed to call a plumber again, so . . . off to Google to search for one in my area. I decided to call Blue Line because they were close and had decent reviews. So, I was hopeful. Best phone call I could have made!

First of all, someone actually answered the phone when I called (bonus points!). Then, he was able to come out same day (Double bonus points!). But the real five star service was in Tom's professional and efficient service which was delivered with a pleasant and courteous demeanor. He fixed my toilet and my sink (which were the two reasons I needed him to come out), and then he checked my tub while he was there (which benefited from his tender loving care). He took his time to make sure everything was running correctly before leaving and he did everything for a fair price. (He even put everything back under the sink!) I'm just amazed across the board.

Truly, this is a five star service in an industry that seems to be seriously lacking. I plan on telling all of my family and friends in the neighborhood. Thank you, Tom!!

Had an issue with my sump pump discharge flowing back into the basin. I had another plumbing company quote me almost $4,000 to replace the entire basin, the pump, and all related drain lines. I got a second quote from O'Hare Plumbing. Within 15 minutes he told me the problem was that the line going out from my basin was clogged, and that was causing the issue. It was fixed the very next day at less than 10% of the cost of that previous quote. The guys at O'Hare Plumbing were honest, informative and very nice to work with. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The guys from O’Hare Plumbing are so great! They are responsive, quick, knowledgeable and kind. I had them out to fix my kitchen sink and while they were there asked them to look at my tub drain too. Both issues were fixed so quick! They are straights forward and honest. Highly highly recommend

We called Grayson Sewer and Drain to open up the clogged sewer backing up into the basement in to our 100 yr old Chicago home. They responded 90 minutes later and cleared the system. We were so impressed with their work that we asked for an estimate on repairing broken tiles that we had received a few estimates on already but were still procrastinating. The estimate was right where it should be and we signed the contract the next day. Grayson started the job on the day they said they would and finished up ahead of schedule. We couldn't be more satisfied.

If you live near by and need help. They are local and friendly. They got me out a jam that I myself with a “I can go to Home Depot get the tools and fix it” would me break something and costing me more time and money. Tell what it is as best you can and they will help you. Called and got penciled in next day. It’s worth having a professional out to do it well the frist times. Even it took them less than 15 minutes to unclog a pesky drain.

I had a very good experience using Grayson for catch basin maintenance and hydrojet service. Jeremy and his crew were well synced and efficient. I learned a lot and I appreciate that Jeremy willingly and thoroughly answered my questions.

Jeremy and his team did an awesome job!! I've been experiencing water backing up into my main bath tub and toilet. They arrived in a timely manner. Rodded and camered my main drain. Water is running good through all my drains now. I definitely will have them do any and all sewage and drain issues. . I didn't even have a mess to clean up. They did it all. Thanks guys!!!

I would give 10 stars if possible. We were having some sewage problems at one of our buildings for a few months now. We called a few plumbing companies and no one could identify the problem. We hired Grayson Sewer and in a few hours they were able to find a major leak. Thank you so much for your punctuality, professionalism and expertise. 10000% recommended!!!!
