Excellent service from this company. Jeremy was great in working with our busy schedule to set up at time for his team to come out to replace our ejector pump. Chris came out and was awesome, in 15 minutes we had a new pump installed and working! These guys are efficient and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

After an internet search, for a sewer and drain company referred them to a client only to hear that the don't come to the south side, despite referring to themselves as CHICAGO's Trusted Residential Plumbing Company. The should change the name to the NORTH SIDES company.

We needed to have our main sewer line repaired in the front yard. I had it rodded (a different plumber) when it backed up and that didn’t fix the problem for long; rodded again and then had a camera put in and it showed a big issue with roots. Those other guys suggested hydro jetting. They wanted almost twice what Grayson quoted me, so I went with Grayson. Jeremy was great from the start. He was able to see that the entire drain pipe was broken, unlike the previous guy who ran his camera. And he said it needed to be dig up and repaired.
I got estimates, and Jeremy was in a good place cost wise, but he also counted the cost of hydro jetting and camera towards the cost of repair which I really appreciated.
His guys did quick work, and discovered in the process that the leak had been worse than thought, creating a big cavity in the front yard that had only not collapsed because of a large underground rock that had acted like a ceiling to this new sewer cave.
Done and done in two days, with as little disruption to our tenants as possible.
I highly recommend them for cost, transparency and quality of work. I hope to not need them again, but will definitely call them for any future drain needs.

The issue they “resolved”, and charged more than initially quoted, re-occurred a month later. They would not provide any pricing leniency to account for this. We have this sink drain backup issue annually. hydro jetting the pipes is the remedy and it always is good for a year. Used Grayson because of the lower price and the work they did lasted a month and a half. I will be going back to our old vendor.

Jeremey, the owner, is so nice and follows through on his commitment. We had come back home from a 2 month trip to many dead drain flies in our basement. After many calls to various plumbing companies, he was the one who committed to come out the soonest. They scoped our sewer like and we saw a lot of roots and sitting sedament. They hydrojetted the line. For the roots they couldn't get, he recomended a treatment that kills them over a 6 week period and said he'll come back after to hydroject again at a discount. He also gave us a free bottle of bio clean drain cleaner to help eliminate build up in the internal drains.

Very professional and just a nice man. Will be using his services for annual maintenance of our sewer line.

I called a bunch of places and got estimates for a broken sewer pipe in my basement. Everyone wanted to tear up the concrete floor to repair what I thought was wrong. I called Grayson and Jeremy said the pipes don't run under the floor where everyone else wanted to tear up. Then he explained and showed me where the pipes went and then he found where the sewer pipe was broke, at the other end of the house. Jeremy and a couple guys dug up in my front yard and fixed the problem in two days. No torn up concrete and the price was right. Who would you hire, someone who thinks they know what they're doing or someone who does?

Jeremy has the best communication of any service contractor I've worked with. I called one day and he was out that day, then started work the next. I was out of town and he kept me thoroughly updated daily. He made a typically unpleasant experience a pleasure.

My kitchen drain was clogged up, the drain pipe broke at the floor in basement. Contacted Grayson online, they responded quickly and I set up an appointment for an estimate. Upon Grayson arrival and while using the rodding camera for the pipe inspection Jeremy was very informative with the work that I would need. I felt comfortable with his knowledge of the job. The date set for the repair work was made, and the men that came out for the repair were just as knowledgeable, respectful and professional. The work was completed within the quoted time. Called Graysons bc I needed a sewer guy to help figure out why my ejector pump was popping the circuit breaker. Jeremy responded quickly to my called and was in due time. Assessed the issue and was able to rectify my problem. Thankfully it was just a new pump that was needed. But, they got it taken care of fairy quicky that I didnt have to delay or cancel hardly any appointments I had. Thanks for the help Jeremy. Youre now my plumbing guy!
