I hate to be writing this review because I originally had great experiences with Mike and his team. He was responsive and truthful, and the prices seemed right. I liked working with him so much that when I moved to our new house (with many more opportunities for plumbing issues) I didn't think twice about hiring him. Then the bathroom leak started.

After the first visit on the issue, they had a plan, provided me with a quote, and came the following week to perform the service. Then when the leak continued, he did attempt to troubleshoot however he or his guys NEVER showed up on time or didn't show up at all. There was always an emergency and never felt as if I was a priority. Then it came to the last straw when he no-showed on me twice with no call. Gave him one more chance and he said he would be out in 3 weeks to complete my job.

Day 1. Just didn't show up and didn't bother to contact me. When I called the number, there was of course another emergency and would come over tomorrow. The next day come and once again no call and when I reached out no response. Called the 3rd day, and the guy who answered the phone said he couldn't even get a hold of Mike. I am disappointed to say that I will never use this company again due to the blatant disregard to my business and then ghost their customer.

For the record, I had another company come out today and indicated that the work they had planned to be done didn't even need to be done.

The WORST. The supervisor Mike is 100% unprofessional as he verbally berated us AFTER a horrible experience with his plumber. Our experience? I'll explain so you can know NOT to hire this company.

Our volunteer HOA members hired Magic Men to do a simple repair on a common hot water pipe, which was originally quoted to us at $550, for our 19 unit building. We were told it would take 3 hours with a 9am arrival and a 12pm completion. The plumber rescheduled their original appointment because 'they needed another part" and due to the increase of labor, the new price would be $1,200. We were annoyed at this, because the plumbers had days to realize what they needed for this work, but we agreed to the surprise price because the repair would help one of our unit owner's sell her unit.

The plumber ended up being 3 hours late. The water was shut off ALL DAY for our ENTIRE building. When they arrived, they said they were missing another part, so they left AGAIN after arriving late. This is when our patience started getting tested. When the plumber came back, he was completely incompetent / flustered and couldn't complete the repair, even with the owner of MM calling and yelling at him.

The leak was still present even after HOURS of the plumber trying to fix it, and back-and-forth nonsense. We fired the plumber before the repair could be successfully completed, because it seemed like the plumber had no idea what he was doing. We hired another company who had to charge us an emergency visit fee. All in all - Magic Men was a complete nightmare for our HOA to work with and we do not recommend them.

Mike and his crew are the best. Always responsive, top quality equipment and info, these guys are the pros. We've used them several times over the years, they always take their time to explain everything, are very patient with uniformed clients (yours truly) and keep it honest.

My main water line in my basement had a leak. I called another plumber but he was unable to get it fixed due to problems shutting the main water line off. I found magic men services and spoke with Mike. He was able to get Charles to shut the main water line and get the pipe fixed asap. Mike and Charles are very knowledgeable in what they do. Very professional and great prices. Will recommend to anyone.

Whirlpool messed up a dishwasher install and broke the kitchen sink strainer among other things in the process. I called Magic Men Service and two days later I got professional plumbers coming in to actually fix things.

They were on time, courteous, used quality parts, and replaced majority of the plumbing underneath the kitchen sink in about an hour.

Would highly recommend giving these guys a shot for your plumbing needs!

We have used Magic Men before, and they are CONSISTENTLY outstanding. They are responsive (came same day for a plumbing issue), knowledgeable and I always learn something new during their visits. Love Magic Men. Have used them three times now - once in an emergency and two routine plumbing jobs. They give fair, but more importantly, honest and reasonable pricing. For example, in the emergency job they completed for me, I called several companies to get quotes for a leak coming from my ceiling (I live in a condo). The first came and told me that they would need to do all this investigation, costing a minimum of $1000 and possibly quite a bit more before they even understood the problem. They implied that they would find all sorts of mold and that it needed to be done ASAP.

Magic Men came and was able to pinpoint the issue in 5 minutes without any expense. They fixed it for far less than the other company wanted to even diagnosis the problem.

They also do solid work - have been pleased with them each time.

I was having a dinner party and my kitchen faucet just broke I called Miles at Magic Men and he was able to send Charles over within an hour. I had to get a new faucet, my old one wasn’t great anyway. Charles removed the old one and put in the new one and it works great. Crisis averted thanks to Charles and Miles. I highly recommend them!

Mike and his team were great to work with. When you have stuff going on you don’t want to have to worry about the people you hire making an issue worse. With Mikes team, I can go handle business, and I know the jobs going to get done right. Fantastic service.

Mike came out to fix a few issues on a Saturday morning and was very quick, efficient, and personable. Would recommend!

I have used magic Men a few times and they have been professional, honest and reliable. They get back to you promptly, give fair prices and do good work. I also feel like they are trustworthy and honest about you need. While he was here, I mentioned needing an HVAC person. He looked at it, took a video and sent it to a person he knows that handles HVAC issues. I have used many plumbers over the years and from now on, I will only use them.

Absolutely great work. I have used Magic Men services many times over the years. They are quick to respond, efficient, and able to fix all issues we have had from simple to very complex. Highly recommend and they remain my go to.

I had an issue with a smell coming from my toilet. I called Magic Men and Charles came in, wore shoe covers, fixed the problem in an hour and a half! He was professional and I would absolutely them again!

Called them up in the morning, they gave me a time slot a couple hours later the same day and extremely communicative all the way through with updates on where the team was.

Two plumbers came in, very professional and courteous and fixed the clog in 15 minutes. Super clean and efficient.

I had been having issues with my two toilets for weeks and finally called Mike from Magic Men Plumbing. He came out and was amazing. My issues in both toilets were minor... and he fixed them... for FREE! He said he couldn't charge me for something that was so easy to fix. He could have charged me a service call and didn't even do that! And if that wasn't enough... we had a great conversation and was genuinely just a kind human being. I will definitely call Mike at Magic Men Plumbing again. We need more honesty and kindness in the world today. Thanks Mike!!!!!

Mike from Magic Men stepped in when my scheduled plumber had some equipment issues. Was here promptly, put a camera in my outside sewer line, showed me some root issues and then power jetted the line.
