Excellent plumbers with fast friendly service. They hunted down a hard to find leak and ended the unwanted shower in my living room.

I hired them for a busted pipe and they found five other busted pipes they did a great job and I was very pleased with their service .

Horrible service, specially the person who came over, didn’t even introduce himself. His plate number is 1561562,

Can't say enough great things about all of the plumbing work I had done over the years. Jose and his team have been excellent. They have done all of my plumbing needs for the past 10 years.

I have several complaints about service to replace a broken water heater:
1. I discovered J Roque charged me $400 over the listing price of the new water heater. I discovered this by doing internet research and matching the Model Number with unit sold to me on a plumbing supply website. When I asked Mr. Roque to see the invoice for the unit he purchased and sold to me, he refused to show it to me.
2. Mr. Roque estimated that the work to install the water heater would cost $500-$1000 for labor and supplies plus the cost of the new water heater. Mr. Roque's men didn't know how to install the unit, they took more time to install than estimated, and I overheard them calling the manufacturer for help several times. Mr. Roque billed me in full for the extra time at $2700. His men also damaged my ceiling and floor in trying to install the new unit. When I challenged Mr. Roque about the damage and the bill, he yelled at me and refused to reduce the bill.
3. I refused to pay the bill in full, and Mr. Roque immediately put a lien on my property causing me additional hardship.
This is without a doubt the worst plumbing service I have ever worked with and I will never go back.

Today was my second excellent experience with J.Roque Plumbing. Jose' came out today and replaced a toilet for me. Fast, HONEST company. My first service call was 8 years ago and I always knew I would return to J.Roque for plumbing needs.

I own a business and my new hot water tank went out. I decided to call J Roque plumbing cause of the reviews on google. Christine on the phone had great customer service (that’s for the additional star).

Mr. Roque came out and could find out what the problem was and charged me $200. He stated that he needed to call the manufacturer and they can send a specialist out.

The specialist came out and found out what the problem was. They ensured me that everything was under warranty and didn’t need to pay for parts. Mr. Roque said that it would cost $300 to get it fixed. I told him that was ridiculous and just give me the part to install myself. They told me that it would Charge me for the part that was free.

I decided to cut Mr. Roque out and work directly with specialist. He was very accommodating and help me resolve the problem. Unfortunately, the water pump went out as well and he told me that it was free and he will only charge for his services.

He helped me bypass the water tank and run hot water directly to the line then come back when the water pump comes in to install.

Beware this company only does minor repairs, don’t expect them to fix all the problems.

Here is an update after a week:

The person J Roque referred, Pedro Martinez, the specialist, isn’t any better. Minus 1 star. He promised that the part will come in next day and he will come fix my issue. He stated that the part is in, but then the next day, the part disappeared and needs to be shipped. He makes promises that he can’t keep and charges for doing nothing. Pedro promised to come today cause he finally has the part that I needed he scheduled me for 7:00, now he says that he can’t make it cause he has a job somewhere else.

Beware of this company, J Roque, and associate Pedro Martinez.

Did a wonderful job, easy to schedule, and appreciated Mr. Roque's follow up. Would highly recommend and will use again.

We've had them take care of plumbing projects twice now for us. They did the work for a new bathroom and replaced old piping in the basement. Both jobs were done quickly and expertly. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I have done business with this company in the past but something has seriously changed. My latest experience was awful to say the least. They could not keep an appointment and the men that finally showed up days later were given no guidance by the owner Jose.

Jose and his team did a huge semi-gut job for my condo. Competitive pricing, trustworthy team, punctual and superb quality! We passed city inspection with flying colors. Highest rating 10/10, A++!

Never showed. 3 hour window, called them with 45 minutes left and they said I'd get get a call soon. No call. No show.

I had a great experience with these guys. The technician who showed up was very professional but friendly and had an excellent personality. The service was good and he stayed until he was sure that everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend them.

Outstanding information specialist, whom gave knowledge to me. I appreciated the time spent & him sharing his education with me. I’ll be a loyal customer. It’s extremely difficult, being a retired female, as a home owner. Our phone conversation, gave me comfortably.Thank You, ever so much.

Service was top-tier from start to finish. The plumber was courteous and knew exactly how to fix the issue.

I had the same experience as another reviewer here on Google: had an emergency where my water heater was spitting up water (eventually cut off the water supply) and requested an emergency service call -- they gave me a 2-3 hour window, and even claimed they flagged it as an "emergency call". I called them at least 3 or 4 times to check-in over the next 6 hours and they kept telling me they would have the technician call me (never did) and that I was next on the list. Eventually, the guy who answered the phone after hours told me someone didn't show up today so one guy was handling all calls and he wasn't even sure if he'd show up tonight. But after I calmly and clearly just asked for an ETA, or for someone to let me know if someone was even going to show up, he continued to reassure me someone would contact me. No one ever showed up or called me.

I don't care if you're too busy to provide service, just tell it to me straight! Do not tell me you're sending someone over when you don't even know if you'll be able to. I could have found someone else who was available to solve my issue. Think about the needs of the people calling you!!! I talked to at least 3 or 4 different people and each one was complicit in misleading me to think someone would call me and someone would show up. Obviously there's a company-wide culture of misleading potential customers in the hopes that they could fulfill their promise and make a buck, rather than open and honest communication with the aim to actually help the people who call in. I've permanently written this place off. Went with Rocket Plumbing and they showed up the next day within 30 min and seem to really know what they're doing. And they actually called me back 🙄.

They were very courteous over the phone and gave me a half hour window when the plumber would arrive and it was accurate. He was very professional, clean, advised me of cost prior to starting work, explained everything and finished very fast. Would definitely recommend them.

I almost hesitate to rate this business, because it is so difficult to find a good plumber. The specialist responded quickly and arrived at the time he said. Excellent workmanship and professionalism at what seemed like a fair price. Top notch!!

Had a kitchen faucet and outside leaky faucet replaced and they did a great job. They were on time and worked very fast. They also explained things to me about a leak and what I should look for if it happens. Very professional and very polite. Highly recommended.

Can’t speak to the quality of work. However, silverwood is way overpriced. Had them come for an estimate to replace an under mount kitchen sink. They told me $1800. When I laughed in their face, the guy said he would do it in the side for $1200 but I had to tell the company I wasn’t interested. Had another plumber come estimate at $715 and it took him 2 hours. Look elsewhere. Trust me.

There was a leak from an AC unit due to a blockage of a drain causing water damage to the three units below mine. While they were able to remove the blockage, in so doing they left dirty hand prints on my walls, scratched and left dirty water stains on the hardwood floors surrounding my utility closet. I was charge $895 and given no receipt/invoice. I called three times asking for a receipt for insurance purposes, and asked for a call from the plumber to explain the source of the blockage. I never received a call or an invoice.
