It was a substantial clog in my case, but they handled it thoroughly at a very affordable price - and provided advice on measures to take to help prevent a re-occurrence. I bought a house in 2001. I did not know catch basins/grease traps needed to be cleaned every year or so. I called Water Wolves and made an appointment. They came over quickly to clean it. They were polite and hard working. Terry, the owner, explained everything as he was doing it. He also answered all of my questions. The cost was very reasonable—even less than what he originally quoted. They left the area spotless which is amazing considering all the gross stuff they fished out,

I’m so glad I called Terry when I got home late from work to find an overflowing toilet tank and flooded bathroom. He came out immediately in a thunderstorm to fix it for me. My family has had the pleasure of using this company multiple times. I recently purchased my home and it needed a little plumbing work to get up to standard. Terry and his crew installed a sump pump in my crawlspace, and replaced many of my old pipes. They are extremely affordable and explain everything. If you are reading this and wondering if you should use them, please do yourself a favor and just call, you will not be disappointed.

Terry and team were phenomenal!
Needed new plumbing for two installed vanities and they got it done. Terry was incredibly responsive, was out next day, and at a great price. Terry and team were personable and answered all my questions. Even after the work was done, I've reached out and Terry has been just as responsive.
