I highly recommend Grayson Sewer and Drain Services!! Best plumbers in Chicago! They are professional, punctual and knowledgeable with great communication. They fixed our busted underground drain pipe quickly and the price was extremely fair. I will definitely use them again and recommend to everyone.

We had a sewer back up, we had another company come out and tell us we needed to dig up the pipe. We wanted to get a second opinion, called Magic Men, Mike came out, told us to hydro Jet the line. They were sucessful and they also did a camera inspection , turns out it was only tree robots. Thank you Mike

Mike and the crew came out after my 100 gallon hot water heater went out. We had got a quote from 2 different companies at a high price. We decided to go with a tankless after Mike quoted us a cheaper price that a new 100 gallon. 4 hours later we had a new tankless , thank you Mike.

Mike and his team are now like family. Mike knows the city and all the quirks with its pipes. He is easy to work with, flexible and compassionate. Most importantly, he knows his limitations and always asks for additional help from his peers if he is stuck with a problem. He is licensed and insured which is a huge plus for someone looking for plumbing services in Chicago! Highly recommend.

Had outdoor spigot installed, they installed shut off valve incorrectly so had the pipe burst in winter. Called their emergency dispatch and they sent a different plumbing company out to fix the issue. Now Magic Men won’t honor their warranty. Had another pipe burst on this spigot, had a third company come out and it turns out Magic Men did not use correct type of pipe for this application that has high temp fluctuation. On top of that, they did not join the pipes correctly so the whole thing fell apart. Have to get the whole thing replaced barely 2 years after
