I contacted Greyson after having 2 visits with other contractors for my sewer project. I should have started with them. They were quick to come out, less expensive than my other two quotes, and made me feel at ease during an unsettling time. I highly recommend them.

Jeremy and his crew replaced 15 ft of sewer pipe and installed a cleanout outside. He was great to deal with, he was professional, compassionate, and spoke to me like a friend. Our house needed this work done to be relisted, and Jeremy and his guys were able to start right away and were there til the job was finished. They cleaned up after themselves and talked through the completed work with me. I'd recommend Grayson to anyone looking for any sewer related work.

When I first called I got to talk to an actual plumber so I was able to thoroughly communicate my issue and not just be given an appointment blindly. They were out here the next day and quickly determined the leak source. Within a few days (based on my schedule) the crew was here and did great work in 4 hours tops. I have a new toilet and lavatory faucet installed in a professional and proper manner.

I will hire Grayson again with confidence when it's time to remodel my 2nd bathroom.

These guys are some of the most honest and hardworking we have ever seen. Absolute professionals. Knowledgeable beyond belief. We have dealt with two dishonest plumbers as of late, and Grayson came into our home and put us at ease. They rebuilt a good portion of our sewer at an affordable cost. Every aspect of the job was done with diligence and expertise. Owner was on site numerous times daily to oversee project. Customer service was number one. A breath of fresh air in today’s world. This company went above and beyond to do a thorough sewer and drain scope inspection for a property I'm considering buying. When they came, the corroded cap made it impossible to remove. Since they needed to wait for the seller's approval to cut the cap, they had to make a second trip. And they didn't even charge me for this! They even replaced the cap for the seller free of charge. Called Grayson Sewer and Drain Services on Saturday because shower in basement was backing up. Jeremy said he could come out early afternoon after he took care of 3 customers before me. He came on time and did a video inspection of my main sewer drain that showed root growth. They hydro jetted the main sewer and cleaned out the root growth. They also rodded the drain from shower to the connection at the main and got my sewer drains working again. Pricing was reasonable for the amount of work they had to do. Would use them again.

Highly recommend Grayson Sewer. Jeremy came out within a day to hydro jet our sewer backup. Through the camera we found that we had a couple of issues that needed replacement. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and explained all of the options. We ended up replacing the whole line for peace of mind in the future. Thank you again for your quick turnaround.

Fantastic! These guys just fixed a pipe in our basement that froze and burst during the recent cold temperatures. They were so thorough, and did an amazing job. We had another company quote us hundreds more for the same repair. This company is honest, and professional. They were friendly and respectful as well. They have just earned a customer for life. Jeremy and his team were prompt, professional, and did great work. I had a plumbing emergency and they arrived fast and took care of the backup in my main line. They gave me fair estimates on the remainder of the job and were willing to work to accommodate my schedule to finish the job. Our washing machine drain plug was backing up and flooding our basement. Our regular plumber tried auguring but was unable to fix it.

We then called a sewer specialist who charged us several hundred dollars to clear roots from the front which did not solve the problem. A second trip yielded an huge estimate on a completely different part of the system.

Enter Grayson. They were knowledgeable and had a good grasp about what could be the problem before they even came. They arrived the next day and did a thorough evaluation of the sewer system. Using a camera, they were able to pinpoint the problem and solve it. We can do laundry again!

It had been several years since our sewer line had been rodded / jetted. With a quick camera inspection, Jeremy discovered multiple cracks in the 100+ year old pipes through a section of the line. He did not pressure me to replace anything, only stating it would eventually become a problem and that he could continue the jetting as requested or could replace the damaged section. I opted for replacement, and Jeremy and his crew were able to pull the permits and dig out and replace ~10ft of badly damaged line. They did it efficiently, kept our sewer line flowing, and kept me informed all along the process.

They are amazing! Came quick did the hydro jetting service promptly. Very transparent and onest opinion. Didn’t try to sell or push services. Definitely will consider them for future needs if problems will arise. Thank you for your great job Jermey!
