R.E.I helped install a new tub for my bathroom renovation in February 2020. Team came on time, installation went smoothly and cleanup too. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the service provided by R.E.I and recommend them highly.

Donal and his crew went above and beyond to fix our leaks and seepage in our basement. They installed a sump pump and waterproofed our basement. Incredible customer service -Donal was/is responsive to all questions and explained everything thoroughly.

Honest hard working company, today he sent his assistant to get the device to run my line, asked “how long it’s been out.” Answering “a week” he ran scolding water charging me zero for his extra time in saving me $150. Original estimate was solid too, not like a huge one asking for thousands

There was a leak in my downstairs neighbor's bathroom ceiling. I called yesterday afternoon, and first thing this morning, I had a plumber. He was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. Although fixing the toilet addressed the issue, he did check to make sure the sink and shower were not creating an issue. I hope I don't need a plumber again, but I will call REI Plumbing if I do.

I have worked with REI for 4-5 years on 30+ residential and commercial projects. When I need to make sure the project is done right they are my go-to plumber. I will continue to use them in the future. Fair prices and highest quality— good team.

REI Plumbing has fixed multiple issues in our old home from a simple replacement of a leaky kitchen faucet to what to do with smelly garbage disposal to fixing the bathroom plumbing after a toilet ring went bad. They are punctual and do a great job without charging you excessively. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We replaced two 50 gal gas water heaters that had reached end of life. REI was prompt professional and competitively priced on quality equipment. All around very good experience with their service team of Juan and the owner Donal Reilly. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I hired REI plumbing both for my house and my work. They were great. They did great work at a fair price. At my work they installed a new hot water heater and at my home they fixed a slow drain on my shower. Turns out a previous plumber had left a rodding bit in the drainage pipe. The REI plumber was able to remove the bit and clear the blockage. I would highly recommend REI Plumbing.

My partner and I had been getting price quotes to replace our 50 gallon water heater and contacted 4 plumbing companies. We received quotes that were astronomical and knew that the upfront cost would be expensive however enter REI Plumbing and Donal Reilly. He could not have been more professional in answering our questions and never ever did he use any sales tactics. We received a price quote with a breakdown of what would be done and immediately knew we would be having REI do the work. Carlos 1 and Carlos 2 showed up exactly on time and were very nice and showed care and concern for our home and keeping things neat and tidy. They did such a great job on the installation and with the copper pipe installed it looks like a work of art. We can't begin to thank Donal, and both Carlos 1 and Carlos 2 for such a great job!! Do yourself a favor if you are looking for price quotes and call the team at REI because you won't regret it!! We now have a plumber we trust and won't hesitate to call anytime we need work done.

Look no further for a trusty plumber!. I was referred to REI by my neighbor and I can't say it enough of what a relief it was to finally find a plumber who I could trust and doesn't tax every.... single.... thing.... Donal's crew did a great job with the installation of my new water heater. A lot of these other companies have so many higher ups that need to get their money that it ends up costing SO much money. REI is a family owned business with a stellar reputation for quality and workmanship. Over the past two years I replaced water heaters both in my home and rental property. If there were a six stars for a rating, I would give it! The level of responsiveness is a must-have when plumbing issues arise and I need not worry about who to call. Mr. Sandoval is who you are looking for. He was able to perform all the plumbing work needed to remodel our bathroom, even doing so over a holiday weekend. A lot of the skill and effort is hidden in the wall after these types of projects, but Mr. Sandoval's work speaks for itself. He was highly communicative during the entire process and worked very efficiently. He even took time to answer some of my curious questions. I am happy that I now have someone who I can trust and call for my future plumbing projects and repairs

I had a great experience with Sandoval Plumbing! I was trying to replace the cartridge and trim in my shower/bath when the old cartridge broke off in the pipe and I could not get the rest of it out. I called them and Eduardo was at my house half an hour later, and got the issue fixed in 15 minutes. Also charged a very reasonable fee, especially for an emergency and after-hours call. They will be my go-to plumbers from now on!

I was hesitant because I always worry about getting any service or repair done to the house and dread calling for an estimate to find out it is out of my budget. Mr. Sandoval is a professional at his trade. Communication was key. Letting me know he could come out and give me a free estimate on the work I needed. Giving me a fair price and completing all my requests effortlessly. He even took time to explain the questions I had as he did the repairs. And when he needed to go out and get some more parts, he called me to let me know he was running behind because he was waiting for the material. I cannot recommend enough. Owning a home is always financially stressful and you want to maintain it well. Sandoval Plumbing is knowledgable, fair and offers an excellent value for your money. We had a leak and found out it is not from the plumbing and this was in valuable to know. We also had a small repair in one of our sinks that was done well. There was no over-selling or over-charging, just lots of information and help.

Fantastic plumbing service. Eddie came out to our house in the suburb and replaced our kitchen sink faucet and downstairs toilet as well as unclogged the shower and sink. He was quick , courteous , charged a reasonable amount. He even went to Home Depot to pick up the toilet we ordered. Highly recommend and will be using Sandoval for all future plumbing needs.
