City Wide Plumbing and Sewer exceeded expectations with their prompt, professional, and affordable plumbing services

ended up costing $475 to unclog my bathtub ($100 fee upon scheduling, then was told $375 for the service while plumber was at my house). then received 4-5 calls throughout the next day saying that i hadn’t paid my invoice and i had to send screenshots of proof that i had already paid it. it should not cost $475 to unclog a bathtub.

Definitely do not use this place. this is like a call center that contracts out to unlicensed people, charges you $99 to come out for an eval, charges ridiculous amounts, and the technicians who worked on our sink put in incorrect pipes and installed piping/trap backwards. had to get a different plumber to come out and fix their mess and am now fighting with them for a refund.

Jack and James were great! The communications were clear and just the right frequency. They made our options easy to understand. It was all done on schedule. It is wonderful is to have found a reliable company that does a great job and who stands behind their work.

Jack and his crew are very outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They installed a gas line and hooked up our dishwasher They were polite,respectful,friendly and a pleasure to deal with.I would definitely recommend them.

I felt like I was taken care of from the start of my experience. City Wide Plumbing and Sewer plumber arrived quickly identified my toilet problem. Took him less than 5 minutes to diagnose and fix what was wrong. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

I've used City Wide Plumbing And Sewer twice since I learned they were actually a local company and warranty their work. They showed up on time, were professional and fixed the problem quickly. I felt the charges were fair. I've had mixed experiences with plumbers in the past, so this was very appreciated and I will call them again when needed.

Best plumbers in the business! While in house to fix leaky pipes would occasionally if not super busy, " take a quick look" at " their furnace. Reasonable prices. Fast service. And lifelong business. True craftmen! And kind to all their lifelong customers. Great conversations too! Without hip hop music blaring like handyman! No job too big or too small.
