Had an overall positive experience using Drain Works to fix a leak issue in my condo unit. It can be stressful finding the right plumbing service but they made the whole process very smooth. Due to their expertise they were able to locate the issue immediately and solve the issue at an affordable price. Truly appreciated their honesty with the job as a customer and would not hesitate in contacting them again when an issue arises. Highly recommend them!

Found Erick and Drain works on Thumbtack and I'm glad I did! They came out on time (which is always rare) gave me a thorough explanation of what was going on and a competitive price to get the job done on the spot. Super easy process, very professional group, and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Erick was very attentive in listening to me explain the problem we'd been experiencing and was very thorough in laying out courses of action we could take to resolve it. Turns out it was a very simple fix on my end and I got my water pressure back in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend.

We moved into a house that had a sewage backup system. It wasn't working properly. Nuzzo came out and found that the electrical was not done properly and the top of the basin needed to be replaced. We spent a lot of money on that repair. I smelled a strange smell in our basement and called last week to ask it they rodded out the line when they did the work. The owner said he didn't recall and suggested that I pour water in the basement drain to see if that would clear the p trap. I did. It still stunk. I called to have him come and rod it out. Last night, we had major sewage backup into our basement. Nuzzo wasn't available to come out on a Sunday. We called many places to get relief. Another came out. We just learned that the electrical is not working on the system. The owner seemed upset because we used another provider. His rodder was bigger and he ended up rodding out the rest to give us clearance. I'm upset because after spending all of that money last year, they should have rodded out the line for heaven's sake. Also, it's troubling that the electrical is not working already. This is costing us a fortune and we could have avoided this.

I have used Len Nuzzo for all my plumbing needs for the last 15 years. Always reliable and fair. Have recommended him to family members who all share in my praises of Len.

My condo association needed some plumbing work, and Nuzzo once again answered the call. Unfortunately my kitchen sink was not draining properly, and my upstairs neighbor's dishwasher was also draining into my sink. The required power rodding was done promptly. I recently had a sewer line break. I worked with Len Nuzzo and his wonderful crew. Everything that was promised was taken care of on time. His price was fair and he and his team were professional. I would highly recommend this family owned company.

We had a sump pump blockage and Nuzzo responded within 90 minutes which was great. Len informed us that our battery backup system needed replacement batteries and quoted us $750 for the job. I went to a local plumbing supplier where I was sold replacement batteries ($275) and was provided with a diagram on how to change out the batteries for my sump pump system. I am not a particular handy person but was able to purchase and replace the batteries all in under an hour at a savings of $475! I do not begrudge any contractor for making a reasonable profit for his/her work, but the markup on this quote was outrageous and i will not be using them in the future.

I've used them for several of my plumbing needs over the last five years and have always been extremely happy with the quality of their work as well as their fair pricing. I would highly recommend Len and his crew!

Len Nuzzo and his crew are the best! As honest as the day is long. Called the day before 4th of July to have toilet flange lowered in my bathroom. Came out the day after the 4th and fixed issue in no time at a fair price. They get ALL my plumbing business.

When other plumbers said I needed thousands in work done Len told me he wouldn’t do anything currently and just keep an eye on things. I saved their contact info after that first interaction.

A few weeks later my toilet was leaking ever so slightly. His team came out in one day and replaced the seal at a very reasonable price.
