Bryan is my arborist and he provided such helpful information about the trees in my backyard. The crew who came to prune and fertilize my trees were courteous and friendly. I will highly recommend Bartlett to friends.

I had Michael C., the arborist, come to our home on Chicago’s South Side to assess whether the maple tree we inherited with the property could be saved. Unfortunately, the previous owners had cut back much of its canopy, and it has now deteriorated beyond recovery. Although we can’t save this tree, I’m still giving 5 stars because Michael took the time to thoroughly evaluate the tree’s condition and provided thoughtful, practical recommendations about our options and what to expect moving forward.

I truly appreciated his expertise, honesty, and careful approach rather than just jumping to immediate solutions without care — A true professional arborist! Would definitely call back!

I was just near by

Weird customer service experience.

Great service, online payment!

the Guy who answers phone calls, is so RUDE.

We have no privacy in our backyard anymore. =(

The Bartlett team is exceptional at what they do !!!

Everyone on the Bartlett staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and loves trees! We needed advice on a tree that had never been cared for, they advised pruning, now the tree looks healthier and happier.

The Bartlett folk are very professional and personable. They were able to save 3 trees with an accurate diagnosis and treatment. Now the trees that I thought I would have to cut down need trimming!

Very comprehensive and detailed evaluation of site and subsequent written proposal. The crew members were friendly, safety-conscious, extremely professional, and worked incredibly hard. They did a great job on a 120+ year old silver maple and a (younger) honey locust.

In an era when customer service seems like an endangered relic, this office has it in spades. The administrator exudes professionalism, grace, and intelligence. He and his Manager must be very organized, because this Chicago branch is a tightly run ship. BRAVO, gentlemen!!!

We were on the schedule for several weeks out, and another wind storm left branches hanging on our swingset. I called Bryan in a panic because we were hosting a kid’s birthday party in three days. He was able to fit us in on the schedule the next day so that our yard would be safe for the party. The crew was courteous and efficient. I’m very happy with the service!

Jose and his crew did a very nice job.Gave us the best price , everybody else was much higher. The crew was very professional very polite and got the job done we are very happy would definitely recommend him.

Great service and price! Those guys were the best. Came today and did a great job cutting a tree and removing bushes. They clean up well too. I will definitely recommend them.

Excellent job clearing debris and removing an overgrown tree. We recommended them to our neighbors.

These guys are really top notch and offer fair prices. They are fast , careful and impeccable in their clean up. We had a massive elm tree that was too close to our house with a power line only a few feet away. Everything went perfectly. I will use them again without question.
