Noel was wonderful! The online process to select a service and time was flawless and the text communication was great. Noel was very clear on his arrival time and texted me a five minutes away heads up to give me plenty of time to get my dog into the yard. We have a sectional couch that has been used by our puppy for too long and and Noel got the couch looking like new! Would absolutely recommend Noel.

From the very first phone call, Silva was the most responsive & professional company I have ever dealt with regarding home maintenance projects. They kept me informed with the schedule time, the arrival time and cleaning time to my dryer vent. Noel called 35 minutes prior to his arrival time, and I was able to leave work, meet him at my place, and have my dryer vent cleaned within my 1 hour lunch break. Noel was upfront with the vent issues, there were no cost surprises, and Noel extended the savings for annual maintenance. The whole process was stress free, time effective and I would highly recommend Silva and Noel to others who need their dryer vent and other duct cleaning services. He was able to come over and do a two-room carpet cleaning , squeezing us in at the last minute into his already busy schedule. Noel and his team are excellent. Noel spent the time over the phone on the initial call explaining a lot regarding the roof and damage. They came out and thoroughly diagnosed where our damage was coming from and gave us an accurate quote with a couple different options. Our previous roofers had come out multiple times and claimed a nail had popped. This was not the issue. Silva’s inspection also led them to find that we didn’t have a cap on or liner in our chimney so our bedroom wall was taking on moisture. They were extremely respectful of the cleanliness of the inside of our home (we have little children and didn’t want dust all over) and cleaned up every single time they did work. Their work was efficient, accurate, clean and effective. No more leaky roof and the chimney is lined and capped (oh, and tuck pointed). Highly recommend if you want work to be done correctly. Noel and his team are the best! I can’t say enough great things about them. We needed to have our roof replaced after some hail damage (as water was leaking into our bathroom.) Noel came out promptly, gave us a written estimate & helped guide us on how to work with our insurance company. He and his team did a beautiful job on the roof, replaced the damaged drywall (green board) on our bathroom ceiling and repainted. They meticulously cleaned up while the project was ongoing and always left things nice. We also hired them to put in a chimney liner and re-tuck point the top part of the chimney where the mortar was crumbling. They did a wonderful job on that too! Thank you again Noel to you and your team! We’ll definitely be in touch for the next project.

We had a great experience with Silva. They were able to stop by the day we contacted them for a quote! We found their quote to be on par with the other quotes, but I went with them because they were responsive and clear communicators. Scheduling the service was easy, we had one call and a few discussions over text. Day-of they were right on time and the service (plaster ceiling removal and built in demolition) went off without a snag! The crew of two were positive, kind, and respectful of the space. I will use them again for my next project!

I was actually referred to Lindholm by another nice roofer because he was having some personnel issues and could not get up on our tall, steep roof to provide an estimate. He wrote that Lindholm "have many estimators with proper equipment to reach your roof on the first visit." Unfortunately, Milton was the estimator who called me and said he would NOT get up on our roof. Instead he would provide an estimate based on satellite software. When I started to ask questions about it, he cut me off, was dismissive, and condescending. It's important for us to hire a contractor that listens and can balance a customer's needs with their own expertise in a respectful manner. Clearly Milton is not the right fit to quote (let alone manage) a major (expensive) job in which our home and garage roofs & gutters would likely need to be replaced. Perhaps he was having a bad morning, is too busy, or is simply inpatient and needs to be the loudest guy in the room. Because Lindholm came as a professional referral, I was initially hopeful and looking forward to the appointment. Luckily moving forward, there are many other roofers with good reviews that we can consider.

I used Lindholm Roofing to install a new roof and rebuild my chimney. I was having leaks in my living room and could not figure out where it was coming from. I hear Lindholms commercials on the radio and decided to give them a call. One of their project managers called and came out to meet with me promptly. He came in my house and immediately knew the leak was coming from my chimney. He even asked to look in my attic and found out I needed to fix the ventilation. The work was scheduled for a Wednesday, but it was over 100 degrees outside so they called and said it would be rescheduled for the next workable day. I was happy that the company valued the safety of their roofers and did not want to put someone in danger by working in the intense heat. The crew came out and did the entire roof in one day. The following morning one of their masonry men rebuilt the chimney. After the job was complete, the project manager called to ask if I had any questions about the work. Overall I believe Lindholm Roofing has excellent customer service and workmanship. I would definitely recommend them to someone in the future.

Pro-active, transparent, tenacious. Lindholm Roofing went above and beyond expectation at every facet of the project. They made me feel like a savvy decision maker just for hitting the jackpot and calling them for my business. I don’t often provide reviews but after realizing I had already told my neighbor, someone at the Ace Hardware, and my brother in-law (he doesn’t deserve them) about Lindholm Roofing I realized 1.) I couldn’t stop talking about them and 2.) I wanted other folks to experience the satisfaction I did. I actually am looking forward to my Uncle gloating about his Lindholm Roofing recommendation to me at the egg hunt and then again at the grill during Easter. From the first call to the countless touchbases over the phone/on-site and throughout the process their expertise and trustworthiness shined through. I wish every house project featured empowered passionate employees like the fine folks at Lindholm Roofing. I wish they did plumbing, carpeting, etc. Best experience and bang for your buck imaginable. There is no other company you can go with for your roofing, gutter, or window needs.

Lindholm Roofing came through when we needed a quick estimate last minute and provided the necessary documentation / information we needed to get our roof cost covered by insurance. After we hired them to replace a roof that was 20+ years old, they were professional, fast and perfectionists. They even came back after they were done to fix up our siding. Lindholm did my roof 7 years ago and the roof is still in excellent condition. Unrelated, I had a loose piece of siding and Michael came by to give a quote. He said it just needed to be nailed back in and did it on the spot. Their friendliness and customer service are top-notch, always going above and beyond your expectations! bought our house from seller who used Lindholm for clay roof repair, their work was only warranted for a few months. When confronted about their work, they said it was our problem now. The roof leaked at same spot not even six months after repair and caused water damage to ceiling. I recommend looking elsewhere. Not professional roofers

Lindholm Roofing was nothing but perfect form the beginning to the end. After record rainfall in May, our old roof was leaking into all our rooms on the second floor. After calling the office, a rep came out the same day to assess our situation. We went over our options, and within a few weeks we had a new roof put in, the roof looks great, and the leaks are gone.

Lindholm diagnosed the problem as a leaking ridge vent and replaced it in a very professional manner. I have been using Lindholm Roofing for almost 30 years. They roofed 2 additions to our home, replaced the entire roof, installed new gutters, downspouts, gutter guards and skylights. Their work is always excellent and Tim Lindholm is the best. He is professional, responsive, punctual and pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't go anywhere else for roofing needs.

I contacted Lindholm to install gutters on my detached garage after seeing them doing a job for a neighbor. Within about a week, I received an estimate over email after Dennis came by to see the garage (I didn’t even need to be home), and I signed off on black gutters and gutter guards for a little over $2k. He told me it’d be about two weeks and they’d be back for install. Less than 5 days later, I got a call that the installers were headed over in the late afternoon for the install. It took about two and a half hours and it was done. I really appreciated the main installer guy taking the extra time to make sure angles and corners were precise and walking me through his process. Nice guy and really high standards. I’d absolutely work with Lindholm again.

Last December, they repaired the clay tile portion of my roof. My roof had no problem, but I had the flat part of my roof replaced and I wanted to be sure the clay tile section was in good shape. The sales person was very nice and seemed honest. Within 5 months I had water damage to my ceiling. I had never had a problem before they ‘repaired’ my roof. Now I have a huge water spot bubbled on my ceiling. It took them several months after the damage occurred to come out to ‘fix’ it. I had to call repeatedly to get them to come out. I have no idea what they did or if they did anything at all.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Our project manager, Tom, was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. The crew that performed the work was also very professional and went to great lengths insure there was no damage done to any landscaping or outdoor furnishings. Once the project was complete you would never have known they were there except for the fabulous looking new roof! I will highly recommend Lindholm roofing to all of my family and friends!
