Since then i haven't had any leaks until recently when I called them to replace the missing tiles and resolved the leaking issue. James and his crew are the only company I trust. Previously we had a roof replaced and we had leaks and nothing but trouble. We had a contractor who was about making money instead of providing value.

Ivan was different, he took us through the process. He provided us with the details to make the correct decision. Once we discussed with Ivan he managed the process. He was onsite to manage the process. I took the first day off yes, I was able to work the other two days of roofing installation and gutter installation because I understood I didn't need to be present as Ivan was going to be onsite to manage.

Ivan was so great to work with, with getting my roof replaced. He worked with my insurance company and got the claim taken care of after another company failed at it. He's very knowledgeable and professional. He's also very respectful and genuinely nice. Ivan and his company Time Contractor's Inc. did an amazing job, very professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves. Ivan even made sure my dog would not be stepping on any nails by triple checking (and probably more) by running the heavy duty magnet over my lawn and walkways.

Ivan did an amazing job! Very professional & knowledgeable. He had my best interest throughout the whole insurance claim process. The claim process was very frustrating to say the least, but with Ivan’s tenacity & persistence our claim was ultimately approved & a beautiful roof installed. I was extremely impressed with Time Contractors. They were very thorough and reliable! We have had a lot of roofers come to our door because you can clearly tell our roof needed a replacement. Ivan took the time to explain things and was patient while we decided what we wanted to do. The turn around time was very quick from when we signed the contract and he even brought larger samples when we were undecided. On the day, Ivan and his team noticed that a pipe was loose and went above and beyond to fix it! The roof looks amazing and we couldn't be happier! Go support this small business!

Ivan and Time Construction did a fantastic job replacing my roof. The old roof was a low pitch, leaking TPO roof which needed replacement.

We asked Time if they could remove the old roof, reframe and increase the pitch, and then install a shingled roof.

They executed in just 3 total days, the roof looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier.
