I would like to thank Gutter Wilson for their wonderful service. The work done was impeccable and truly flawless. Before contacting them, I had originally requested the services of another company (Ernst Windows Inc.) who failed in their professionalism by not contacting me via phone to confirm their appointment, not contacting me on the day of the appointment as to when they would be arriving, not contacting me on the day of the appointment to notify me of a late arrival--as they did not show up for the scheduled appointment time, and lastly waiting almost 3 hours after the scheduled appointment time to contact me. Suffice it to say, I did not take their call. I had already established an appointment with Gutter Wilson and saw no reason to continue any business dealings with Ernst Windows Inc; shame on them.

If anyone is in need of a gutter cleaning or repair company that prides itself on being professional and prompt, then I highly recommend you contact Gutter Wilson to do the job that only few like them can do. The proverbial needle in a haystack when it comes to a good business that is hard to find, but once you do will be a consistent outreach for any and all future projects.

On a cold Saturday afternoon in mid January, part of the soffits under the eaves of my second floor roof blew off during some heavy winds. I wanted them fixed immediately Because I didn’t want to give any squirrels or wildlife access to my attic. I contacted Gutter Wilson and they promptly - within an hour, sent someone out to replace them. Not only did they replace them, but they reinforced all of the soffits and fascia on that part of my house. The worker was friendly and competent. He did a skillful, thorough and complete job. I was very satisfied and appreciated his attention to detail. Thank you again, Gutter Wilson!

Highly recommend. Licenced bonded and insured, can pull permits. Fast work, fair pricing, you're not paying corporate prices, this is a small business and you get that extra care with it. The owner was helpful and made many small fixes that we needed with no charge. He talked us through two additional bigger repairs the guys found once they were on the ladder, but our quote matched our invoice very closely. We felt taken care of and that the people knew what they were doing.

I live in Cicero and had a leak above furnace on my second floor. Wilson came through same day explained everything. Fixed next day no issues.

Perfect job done by Wilson’s team!!! We needed siding repairs, and his team went above and beyond! They replaced the one small siding piece PLUS replaced the other siding pieces so that our upstairs window sidings would all match as brand new!! They even fixed a dented area of the gutter where our previous ladder dented. We didn’t even have to ask!

His employees were very efficient, professional, punctual, and worked swiftly! I called Wilson yesterday (Sunday) and he answered right away. He was able to set up our appointment for this morning at 8am! His employees arrived right on time!

The price was very, very reasonable as well! After we agreed on price, we noticed they were replacing all the other small siding pieces so they would match and fixed the dented gutter. We were so surprised and delighted at the additional thoughtful things that they did for us! All included in the initially agreed-upon price!

Edwin and his team were great! The first fix didn't work but they came out within 20 minutes when I called again saying the leak was back. Leaks are tricky but this company is tenacious and willing to work in the pouring rain and cold to fix the issue.

Edwin, the owner of the company answers the phone when you call since it goes directly to him. This was incredibly important. He happened to be near my home already in Logan Square and was able to come out within an hour to see my issue I was having with my front porch overhang/roof. Same day bid, next day job was done by lunchtime. Even gave me a 50 dollar discount for paying cash! If you’re looking for a good honest quote, an entrepreneur who is self made working to grow his business, and service within days and quotes within hours I recommend Edwin and his crew. Edwin’s did an amazing job on my home exterior and gutter replacement project. They stripped off my old vinyl siding and replaced it with hardie board panels & trim with brand new vinyl siding on the sides. They also repaired the existing gutters and replaced all downspouts. They were the most professional contractors that I’ve hired, being timely and great attention to detail and quality which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend them.

Edwin was outstanding, originally I called for a small job for storm damage on our garage roof. In the end he repaired the storm damage on our garage as well as gave us a new roof on the home, new gutters, and added skylights to our roof, after identifying issues with our roof and gutters that the insurance company initially did not offer to cover. He was extremely helpful in maximizing my insurance coverage and provided extremely detailed documents that assisted with my insurance claim. He was very prompt and professional, and so was all of his team. In addition he provided me a reasonable quote. I would recommend him to anyone in the Chicagoland area looking to have any roofing gutters or window work done.
