Reid roofing was very efficient and great to work with. I got s referral from a friend who used them before and indeed it was a great choice. They came out got a quote and a week later all finished and done. Very efficient. Will recommend to anyone!

We were extremely pleased with Reid Roofing from the very start. We knew they'd be swamped (being the Summer and all) so we called and spoke with Andy for scheduling...imagine how pleasantly surprised we were when they were able to come out that following week, WOW! The crew worked incredibly hard and only stopped for a quick bite at lunchtime. It was a pleasure working with both Andy and the owner, Kevin. Kevin made sure he came in at the start of the job and stayed in contact with the entire time. We'd HIGHLY recommend Reid Roofing to our friends & family! Keep up the great work!

RR installed a full new flat top roof in our Chicago 2-flat...with full tuckpointing - Once the work was scheduled ...they got the job done quickly and thoroughly...responsive on the call back for masonry patch work a few months later...Appreciated working with Andy and Sandy...thank you so much...will recommend. Unresponsive, don't show up when they say they will, roof didn't even last till the end of the warranty and they won't honor it saying its our fault. I inherited a newish roof on the building that was done by Reid roofing in 2017 and every interaction is just a nightmare. They will never respond to email, only sometimes answer the phone, scheduling with them is more of a suggestion than a promise. Their pricing seems pretty average and given that our roof didn't last the 10 years given by their warranty, which again they are trying to weasel out of, their workmanship seems suspect. I honestly don't understand these positive reviews given that my multiple interactions with them, 3-4 times over the past 2 years, have been consistently poor. Once is a mistake twice is a pattern, avoid them its not worth it.

We contacted Reid for an estimate for repairs on our condo building's roof. Of all the bids we received theirs was the most comprehensive and was very competitively priced. Kevin and Andy were very easy to communicate with, and were very responsive and transparent regarding what work needed to be done. They even took pictures and worked with our insurance company.

The work was completed quickly with no disruption to our building. We'll definitely be using them for future roofing and tuck pointing needs.

Great job , replaced my roof, put in a new bathroom vent on the roof. I had a lot of delicate plants in the ground nearby, NONE were damaged. They were in an out fast, cleaned up the site.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with any of the projects I’ve had at my home. I called Mr. Wilson late afternoon and he was here in the morning. I had already gotten a few quotes from other contractors for new gutters. Since my gutters were old and leaking in several spots, I figured I needed a full replace. His quote was very fair and I decided to go with his team. We were expecting a downpour the next day and he was able to get his team to my home quickly. They did an amazing job, cleaned everything up, and the gutters and covers look great. It’s hard finding people that do good work so I will absolutely be calling them for other projects and recommending to others. They did an incredible job.

Fast and reliable service, called and came out right away. Easy communication and friendly service. I would use them again! Only thing I did not like was that they left my gate wide open and I have dogs so they could of ran out but I noticed before my dogs did. That was the only thing.

Needed gutters cleaned all around house and garage and a downspout repaired and diverted. Within an hour, Wilson and his partner were here to start on job. They were timely and very efficient in doing the work. I highly recommend them.

I definitely recommend Gutter Wilson and his team! Wilson was very responsive and great to work with. He quickly scheduled a day to replace our downspouts and repaired our gutters. We even made some last minute requests the day they were working and Wilson was understanding and easy/great to accommodate. Wilson makes sure that the work is high quality and that the customer is very satisfied. I received estimates from a couple of people and am glad that I went with Gutter Wilson! Wilson and his team are great! We needed a gutter and facia reattached and a seam fixed, called him at 10:10 am, and his team showed up at 10:50 am. His team got to work immediately and quickly! Wilson personally showed up towards the end and explained everything that had been done, and even gave us a great price for gutter cleaning later in the year. His pricing is fair, and will work within your budget to get the job done. Hardworking crew, and very passionate about their work. They even took the time to clean up the yard, leaving looking better than when they found it. Highly recommend them!

We had an extensive project completed by Gutter Wilson and the results were excellent. This company gives a new meaning to the word “efficient.” They were flexible with their scheduling, prompt and punctual. I had on-site consultations with the owner before and during the two-day installation. They are also reasonable and way beyond honest. The owner reduced our final payment to reflect materials that were originally quoted but not used. He did this proactively, before I could even ask about it. We are very pleased!

I'm very pleased with the quality of work they did installing new gutters on my garage and pitching the gutters around my house. They are very flexible and will work around your schedule, and they have very fair prices compared to other companies. They also work fast and can do relatively big jobs in a couple hours. Most importantly, Wilson is an honest and reliable person, something that is rare to find these days.

Truly exceptional service from Gutter Wilson! I called on Monday with a significant soffit repair issue. Within a couple hours, Mr. Wilson was at my address to assess the situation and give a bid for the work. His price was reasonable, and his work commenced the next day. Within two days he and his team had finished the job, taking care to fix some damage on the roof, clear gutters and paint the finished product. The work was done with excellent quality and high value.

Wilson replaced my gutters and downspouts. They repaired soffits. Excellent work, neat and priced competitively. Crew arrived on time and ready to work. I definitely recommend Gutter Wilson.

I was getting estimates for gutter repair and came across Gutter Wilson. Gutter Wilson returned my call very quickly, was professional, and gave me a very reasonable price. I moved forward with Gutter Wilson and ended up very happy with that decision. His guys came out at the scheduled time and went above and beyond. The next door neighbor even came out and asked them for their services. I highly recommend them. I will definitely contact them for future gutter services!
