Crazy Chicago winter weather (Damn 2020!) ruined my roof and gutters, and who came to the rescue? None other than Brother's Roofing! Thank you guys, great job fixing my house and my garage!

Brothers Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof when we had it redone in 2022. Recently we had a leak in the roof which turned out was from our neighbors roof (our roof was not the problem). Memo came out immediately after we called (same day), diagnosed the problem and fixed our neighbors roof and our roof within the week. Did an excellent job. They are honest and efficient and do high quality work. Would recommend to everybody!

Excellent. Brothers Roofing came out to repair/replace roof messed up by another contractor. They did amazing job, from beginner to end. What I love about this roofing company the most:
1- showed up on time
2- had all material needed.
3- cleaned/ cleared during and after job.
4- The owner was present and on the roof to assist and coordinate. 3 roofers and the owner ,job was done within hours.
5- very knowledgeable in roofing/explained everything that they were doing.
Pricing and service provided were superior. I highly recommend 👌!

So the ice and the harsh winter decided to play a trick on my home's roof, gutters, and soffits, and Brother's Roofing came to the rescue! Like most people in the Chicago Area I'm sure I am not the only one with roofing problems and these guys came through and did an amazing job with the repairs, the cleaning, the punctuality, the courteousness, and the professionalism overall and I am very thankful for that because this is their busiest time of the year. "Bravo Zulu" for a job well done!

Absolutely unprofessional company. They don't properly handle simple roof tear offs. They can't even handle a simple 2 story building roof project without making a HUGE mess at the surrounding area and buildings. I called the owner and she hung up on me even though her company made the big mess! Flying debris everywhere, dust everywhere. No effort to contain the dust, dirt and debris. Very reckless and unprofessional company.

I recently hired Brothers Roofing to do a complete tear-off and roofing replacement for our building. The old roof had three old layers, and once the tear-off was done, some extensive rotting wood that needed replacing. Their team was incredibly professional, from the first phone call, bid process, and throughout, the communication was excellent. Tony in the office was very communicative, letting me know updates on timing, permits, etc. The crew (led by Guillermo), showed up promptly each day, sent me update photos, and gave regular updates. The work was done in a very professional manner, and couldn't be happier with the finished product. In a world where so many companies are fly-by-night, these guys really shine.

Memo's work is incomplete as he cannot guarantee his own work, the process has been unacceptable. He is demanding final payment while refusing to provide the mandatory CertainTeed inspection report or City inspection. Without this report, the manufacturer's warranty is not valid, leaving you with zero protection. Until he provides proof the roof was properly installed and certified, a warranty you can't verify is worthless. No proof of inspection = no valid warranty.

Because I disputed this with my credit card company, he put a mechanic's lien on my property. I will need to sue him in court. Don't bother with this company.

This company is doing work on the building next to mine, my fence is damaged from falling bricks and there is also mortar on spots all over the side of my fence closest to where the work is being done. Also the workers do not even bother to sweep up the debris that is falling on my porch and in front of my house unless I say something to them.

Called on Saturday for an emergency service. They gave me an estimate and said they couldn’t come that day, but said I would be their first job on Sunday morning, they even emailed me Sunday morning. After that they never showed up, wouldn’t answer my phone calls or emails and I have a house with water damage now. Still haven’t heard back from them. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

Recommend by a friend but very disappointed by Reid Roofer's embarrassing job on our roof. They cut corners and did a shoddy work. Screws are now coming out of the asphalt roof, they didn't do a complete tear off like they said they would although charging us for it, and pools of water form all over the roof. Leaks started almost immediately after the horrible job they did and to top it off many of the workers were just plain rude. The owner and his son seem like nice people but they don't manage the crew well. Walking into their office and seeing pornographic material on their office desk should have been a big clue to how sleazy they can be. I feel like a fool for trusting this business. Ask for references if you are considering using them and check out past projects.

These guys embody every one of your worst fears when hiring a roofing company. Did extremely shoddy work a few years back on our condo roof, the membrane is now completely detached, and they are using a maintenance technicality in the warranty to get out of fixing their abysmal work. Run for the hills, do not hire these guys unless you love water in your place

We were referred to Reid Roofing by our neighbor. What I liked about their quote is how detailed it was compared to other quotes we received. We engaged Reid Roofing to primarily replace our pre-fab chimney housing. They also made some other repairs, including replacing the boots on the vent stack and the intake/exhaust pipes of my HVAC unit in our attic. I thought the workers did a great job. The only hiccup was that I discovered when they replaced the boot on the air intake of my furnace, the PVC pipe came loose. Reid sent out an HVAC guy to fix. When the workers were out, I asked them to take pictures of the work completed as I was not going to be able to get on my roof to inspect the work. Before the workers left, I confirmed with the workers they did in fact take pictures. My biggest complaint about Reid is their lack of responsiveness. I also did not appreciate being told my payment for services were 13-days over due when (a) no where in the contract did it say payment was due within a certain period of time and (b) Reid was the one dragging their feet on getting me pictures of the work to ensure I was satisfied with the work performed.
