I went there for stove and got one for $250, the stove had some issues when installed a burner was not working and the oven had some issues as well. After several weeks of trying to have it exchanged or fixed, they brought a dented and scratched up stove to replace it with. When buying a stove for yourself fork in the money and get something with warranty!! I could have gotten a brand new stove for $400 at SEARS but now I am stuck with a piece of garbage that cost $250.00.
Appreciated their quick response. It was one of their experts who came out and did an excellent job repairing my Viking cooktop. The causes of the problem were easily identified and were fixed well within an hour. I was pleased that he was able to repair it perfectly the same day.
