Called to schedule a repair and phone was abruptly answered and I was told to go ahead and speak- I had 30 seconds. What was that?
Terrible customer service. Called and scheduled an appointment, and the day of no-show. So I call to follow up and they have no record. They don't even introduce themselves on the phone, as a proper business should.

Absolute worst repair person I have ever dealt with. The repair main who showed up was unbelievably rude and nasty. I could not believe someone would act like this. I told him to leave my house and then he threatened me "dont touch me or you wont like what's going to happen". I wish I had his name.
Repair man Jim B was rude and condescending to my mother, calling her "sweetheart" in a condescending way as he man splained that he doesnt know when he can schedule a follow up repair saying "that's why I have secretaries". His only interest was collecting the fee to look at the dishwasher, which he barely did. Would highly NOT recommend. Just look at the one reveiw they have on facebook.
